I bought a 510t from a friend at work right after he tried it, and had the same problem with juice in his mouth. Things i discovered in the first few hours of using it:
1), Like Latterday Lenin said, you have to be careful not to draw on it too hard. It really doesn't need a hard draw anyway, with no filler to draw through.
2) There's a fine line on the tank, a little more than a 14 gage needle below the vent holes. I don't fill the tank past there ( it's still about 3 or 4 analogs worth of
vaping for me )
3) I cleaned the "hanging chad" out of all my tanks with a small drill bit. On the first one, I just used a paperclip to flip it outside and then pulled it off with tweezers. I had drill bit handy, but I realize a lot of people don't. I just didn't like the chad in there because the wick/stem pc is so small, I was worried it would block it.
4)
You have to make sure the tank lines up with the atomizer There are two tabs on the atomizer end of the tank. If they don't set into the holes on either side of the atomizer, it'll make a space for the liquid to leak into, which will then be drawn right up the vent holes, and into the mouthpiece.
I have a regular 510, and I like the Tank SO much better! No filler to deal with, you know just how much juice you have, easy to fill, easy draw, great vapor! I have an hour drive home from work, and if I vape constantly ( a puff every minute or two) I can use up two tanks, filled as above, and run through a completely charged, fresh battery. Personally, I think this is great!
The only problem I've had with it is the atomizer gets hot. With a drag every minute or so, and me using VG ( they suggest using PG ) I think it's very understandable!
