I buy 20 Lambert and Butler cigs (for the evening) + 1 small pack of Cutters Choice (to keep me going in the day).

20 L&B = 0.5mg nicotine in 3.5 hours (evening)

I don't understand the back of the Cutters Choice pouch. It's almost like they are trying to mislead me :)

I work from home mostly but do travel across country once a week.

I reckon I need 2 e-cigs myself. + a pass through wot-sit.

I have ordered a 401 which I should get tomorrow but think I'm gonna want a screwdriver or a prodigy maybe to get the evening smoke I'm used too.

I'd be happy to hear your recommendations. I hope that's enough info :D

Not sure I'd believe the back of ... packet either tbh - it doesn't list half the stuff in them (the packet wouldn't be big enough if they did).
It's going to take you a little time to work out how much nic suits YOU best. It varies person to person even when we smoke the same cigs /same amount/ same times.
If I remember L&B rightly (and..yuk btw lol) they are probably not dissimliar to marlb red. I found them quite harsh (I was a B&H ultra gal).
Its not a bad idea to start off high (say 24mg) and buy a couple of lower nic strength juices so you can dilute the high one if its TOO high. If you find 24mg isn't high ENOUGH you might want to check out supplemnting your PV with snus (the swedish ones, no spitting involved) or some other type of smokeless tobacco product.
I always hesitate to recommend higher than 24mg nic to anyone because I think its just a bit dodgy to have too much nic (my opinion, not a medical one) although on the flip side you won't be getting the 4 thousand chemicals you get in one ciggie. So maybe I'm over cautious :)
Also get a variety of liquids - I know its not as simple in the UK as you have less suppleirs than we seem to over here in the States so I really can't recommend anyone personally BUT there is a sub forum (which you need to apply to the owner of the sub forum) to join (just PM them) just for UK vapers
UK E-Smokers - E-Cigarette Forum
They should have ALL the info you need :)
