If you get your (big) order in earlier in the day, it will ship that same evening. I don't recall any of my orders not shipping the same day, I order up to 400ml at a time, one of them is a 236ml bottle, usually. As for how good it is, some people love them, others, not so much. If you haven't ordered from them before, I would suggest ordering the small bottles to see if you like it first. I highly recommend Thug juice.
My take is that while their customer service is very good, the juice itself is hit-or-miss, and very often miss. I've ordered twice, and never found anything I really liked.

I agree with others, place a small order to try first. When I first started vaping, (not that long ago), I placed a pretty big order with them and was disappointed in lot of them. However, I LOVE the Cinnamon Roll. The Honey Nut really tastes like honey nut cheerios, but I'm not sure if I like it in a vape or not. Dream Tea is VERY mild, but it's ok if you like mild vapes. Bananas Foster is good, but now that I've had a premium brand's banana pudding, it's definitely on the mild side as well. The Lemon Bar was ATROCIOUS and cracked my tank in just a couple of hours. Rob is really good for a fruity mix. I would still like to try Thug Juice; have heard a lot of good about that one.
I don't really care for it. It's not bad, but it seems to be missing something. It'll get the job done, but with so many better options, I'd rather spend a bit more for better juice. If I was going to go cheap, I'd probably do Vape Wild. Although I've been hit or miss with them too lol. Vape Wild is as cheap or better, freebies, and also great customer service and shipping times. Fancier looking presentation also, which is a big deal to me. I don't like vaping something out of a cheap looking bottle, I know it's silly.
Not a big fan. Most of the juices that I've tried from them tasted synthetic/chemical'ish. This was around 2 or 3 years ago though, so things may have changed.
I used to order from them all the time until they totally screwed up my order. When you order the same juices all the time, you know how they look (color) and how they taste. What I found out are not all the juices are fresh and made the same day after you order them. The customer service was good with photographic proof first, however, since they were not truthful about how their juices were made (in my eyes), I no longer purchase from them. I've switched over to another company Vape Wild that offers free shipping at $30 rather than $50 with MBV and seems to have a better handle on the quality of their product.
I have ordered from e-cig.com, they are incredibly slow and have some of the poorest communication I have ever worked with, but I did get my order eventually.

Think i've got around 10 mtb flavors, but I only found two i liked, the blueberry (candy blueberry flavor I find awesome), their peach/pineapple, and i found their green apple was ok. I'd agree with the above, that some of their flavors seem/taste chemically, but that may have been a lack of steeping time on my end. I may order again in the future, but I'll probably just stick with those couple I know i like. 2.5 out of 10 is a pretty low score in my book!

If you end up unsatisfied with the juices that you ordered from them and want to try another economy priced and (IMO) much better tasting vendor, I would recommend you give VapeWild a try. I think most are best if allowed a 2 week steep, but I have found several that could easily be ADV for me.
I agree with @AllElseFailed. I like vape wild much better than mt. Baker. I feel that vapewild has much better flavor even without the flavor boost. I ordered from mt baker with extra shots of flavor and it still seems very mild. Also I tried rainbow roundies flavor and it was very chemically to me and my boyfriend agreed.
I didn't care for mt baker either. It had a weird taste to it even after steeping for 2-4 weeks. Vape wild was pretty good, loved the fruit hoops and vanilla custard.
I never recommend mt baker, I do recommend vape wild or white label juice co for lower prices juices.
