hello, i have a Vapor king Auto battery that i got 2 months ago, today i found out that it just stopped working, i dont know what happened, LED light doesnt flash no matter how much i drag but when i screw the battery to the charger it Blinks few times and shows that it is fully charged , and i tried adjusting the post but that didnt help at all, what should i do? should i try and clean the post ? and if yes how do you guys clean it ? i tried calling Vapor4life but their phones are all down for some reason, i appreciate any advice, thank you

I think the warranty is two months so.... Rubbing Alcohol and Qtip for the post. Check charger contacts too. Maybe time to replace. You can fill out a ticket on site for return most likely they will. Lmk how turns out k?
fill out a support ticket -- it's not that their phones "aren't working", they just aren't staffed on weekends. but often one of the V4L staffers will pop in here on the forum, and I'm sure they'll help you out.
