Correct but why would you want to do it that way and not just calculate you final mix base (50PG/50VG/NIC18mg) for instance?

If you just want to make your base and freeze the rest then just make what will last you 3 month (250ml) at once at your final mixing mix strength. What it seems to me is your just creating an extra step in this whole process.

I agree. I don't do this either, but he was asking why someone would and how to do it. I would suggest to anyone who is afraid of working with the 100mg on every recipe to just buy the 36mg or 50mg to start with. But it may also be cheaper this way too to make your own. To each his own.

From one newbie to another, besides reading all the blogs and info on this great forum about making my own juices, one thing that helped me a lot was watching DIYing videos on YOUTUBE. I am a very visual person so even reading the add this and that was too much for me but once I watched a couple videos, I was like "Oh, I can do that". The light bulb went off so to speak.

yes.....I was just talking about diluting the nic to a less hazardous level. Then I would use that for my recipe. Should I store pg and vg and flavor in freezer along with the nic?? And thanks for all kindness and help!!

Not the flavors but Yes the PG/VG will freeze just fine. Flavors will spoil faster in the freezer.

Yes, you could put the VG/PG in the freezer too. They won't actually freeze (the nic either), they just get thicker. So always make sure to let them come to room temp for all of them before using.

I don't keep the PG or VG in the freezer, only the nic I'm not using. Like I said, I buy 100mg in 500ml which will last a;most 6 months for me, so I separate it into smaller bottles and store all except the current one I'm using in the freezer. The smaller one in use gets kept in the DIY box along with the PG and VG.

You could just buy only 120ml at a time and not worry about freezing any of it. Really depends on how fast you are going to use it up. You probably don't even need to freeze if you're going to use it up in 6 months either. I just do because I have been stockpiling it and currently have a couple years worth in the freezer.

I take 10 drops of 100mg nic,add 10 drops of VG too get 50 mg nic.The i add 20 more drops of VG to get 25 mg nic. Then i double up again and add 40 more drops of VG too end up with 12.5 mg of nic for a total of 80 drops. Then i add 2-3 drops of FA flavoring TOO TASTE,DONE DEAL.

10+10+20+40=80. (plus 3 drops of flavour.)
