My BuzzPro crapped out. :(

Well, my BPII ECF finally crapped out. I tried all the tests and can't get it to work. How do I go about fixing it?

What is it doing, or not doing, Cricco?

1. batteries charged ?? ( use a voltmeter if you have one , they should read 4.2 volts each )
2. Take off the atty /carto first
3. Do you have a RED LED light ?
4. DO you have a Blue Led light when the button is pushed.
5. DO you have a Blue led with the ATTY/CARTO ON the unit ?
6. Do you have BOTH red and Blue led lights ?
7. Do you get a blue led with the atty/carto ON but no vapor ?

I get a red light with or without carto attached. When I press fire button, I get only a red light. No blue.

Have you cleaned in and around the top cap? Are you comfortable taking the top cap off and making sure the wire is still attached to the underside of the cap?

If you would rather just send it in, you'll need to print, fill out and sent this RMA form along with your BP to the address provided on the form RMA form

There may be repair charges if you are beyond the 6 month warranty period, so be sure you put your contact info on the RMA form.

Yup. Took it all apart. I can't find the problem.

You are welcome to send it in. One last thing to check might be your batteries. Put a volt meter on them and make sure they are still good. Fully charged, they should meter 4.1 to 4.2'ish

also check for any metal in the top cap area ! , metal shards from cartos can cause shorts in the top cap

Sounds like the switch/fire button lost contact. Even if the batts were low/bad you'd still get a blue light if the switch was working. Just my
