This is a little pipe I made. I figured I'd try my hand at a step by step of my process:

Everything was purchased at either madvapes.com, Ace Hardware, or Hobby Lobby. Pipe2.jpg
4 oz Sculpey Primo clay
1 leather concho
1 1/2" dowel
1 1/2" locknut
1 1/2" male copper fitting
1 18350 trustfire protected battery
1 empty battery tube
1 510 auto connector

Take the locknut, slide it on the dowel, and measure up the battery. Make a mark on the dowel.

After conditioning the clay, mold it on the dowel past the mark.

Next, trim the clay at the mark. Next slide the locknut on the dowel, and press it into the clay. Make sure it's not too deep. Throw it in the oven for a bit.

Part 2 in a few.

Part 3:

Punch a hole in the bowl, insert the empty battery tube, and mold more clay. Time for more baking.

While it's cooking, extend the wires on the 510 auto switch. I capped the wire going to the LED.

Trim the empty battery tube, and insert the 510 auto switch. The battery tube can now be inserted and glued in place. I used an old ego-t atty to get the depth right.
