I may well end up with more than I need, but I'd rather have too much than there to be even slightest chance I have too little. And, those with excess will be in a position to help others who are in dire need if they so choose.
Oh absolutely,

What I find interesting is the perception that some vapers get, that the next tank will be so much better that they must get it, one after another (same with their mods).

I completely understand that some tanks do make for a different experience, etc. but if it's about the question of the vapocalypse happening, wouldn't you want to have several of the tank that you've "favourites" as your main go-to tank, instead of simply having a catalogue's worth listing?

I belong to my local Facebook vaping groups and I just find it funny when I see one member after another swear up and down over a new tank (or mod) as being the best they ever had, then the next week, they offer it up for trade.

It's almost as if someone should just start a "library" where you can borrow a tank/mod kit for a week, before you commit to buying it.

Skyline is a good word. :)

I have moved to Tupperware for a lot of hardware. All those little, unlabeled, baggies with replacement parts just got a little nerve-wracking. I have also, slowly, put a lot of things into spreadsheets so that I can search a little quicker. Doing that for o-rings really helped. I think I have 1k or more. DIY juice is another that really benefited.

The library's a good idea. I'd be all over that.
Been vaping for 1.5 years and because of circumstances, vaping is important to me.I get a joy from opening the package, aesthetics and then the engineering and finally I test it out.
So I get my enjoyment from having lots of stuff to see, try, test and use.

Believe me though, this collection is minuscule compared to what I would like if money were no object.

Hopefully I should have some extra money soon and I will gladly spend the same money again and double this stash if I can afford it.

Same here, it's the whole "I wonder how this is?" but money burns fast with vaping as there's just so much now.

My "kit" is very modest, but I know what I like, I research, check the reviews, think about it, and then spend.

I would also say that although we know that most stuff is similar,
The business of vaping itself is fairly new. This leads me to think that I don't want to be the fool who misses out on the next kayfun.
Buy it once, buy it right. I have made this mistake over and over again. I have spent countless £20-30 on rba's and not been very impressed.
I spent a fair amount on a Kfun lite only 6 months ago. That is an expensive price for a tank that is years old. Well worth it.
Then I bought a phenomenon lite. Beautiful as well.
A birthday present Kfun 5
Finally 2 authentic Greek mechs.

I have many clones and this is not an argument for that.
Every mech clone and rda has been great. But in my experience. Authentic rta's have been my best investment to date.

Now I can't wait for a Reo and provari. I'm so jealous of Willyzee. I either have to order one from the states for $40
Or buy one in the uk and I can only find the number 3.
It's like £250. Now that is too much.

For me, I love the sliding top/side fill doors, and have the Melo2, OBS Ace, Lemo2 that have such, and I find it really hard to even consider a tank without such a door. I just hate the concept of taking pieces apart to fill a tank, having to put a part down, etc.

That's fair enough. Never tried any of those.
You are right but I would need something with the exact draw of the kayfun lite atm. Everything that is wide open is so cheap and overstated it kinda annoys me.

Not everyone who wants a tighter draw has a lot of money.:(

Ambiguous that: The cheap is good. The overstated and busy, bad.

You should try the Lemo2, it's a staple in most people's arsenal, and a proven tank as a "classic" great one. I build mine as a vertical (then again, I build verticals on everything I can) and it's simply great.

Some guys I know had up to 3 or even 4 Lemos and only used them for over a year... One decided to sell me one after he decided to switch to the OBS Crius, which is his new love now.

Note that my selection is also about single coils tanks, which I prefer.

As long as we're throwing new tanks into the mix, I have to give a big thumbs up for a SQuape R. East to build with the right deck, a pain to fill, but the best flavor out of every tank in my selection, and a decent tight draw on the 3rd or 4th air hole.

If there was one already in your collection, I missed it. If you don't have one, consider it.

Thanks. Okay. The lemo 3 is cheaper? But then it's 23mm which I don't like.
I have two lemo 1s and a lemo drop and to be honest the draw is too open for me atm. Is the Lemo2 comparable in this regard or can it be made tighter?

I need something a little cheaper that I can take out and about. Don't like the thought of losing a £150 cigarette.

I find it to be a fairly thight draw, but if it's too much, (as I don't MTL, just direct) you can easily fix that with a proper build and simply closing the airflow a bit.

The Lemo 3 looks great, but they did two bad things.. the whole multiple screws thing, and they went with screw top fill. I'd be curious to get it if only to try and do a vertical oval shaped coil on it as the airflow is the first I've seen to be as it is.

Get a mod that has a lanyard hole and get a retractile one for it. :p

Helps prevent losing it!

I agree with what you expected Eskie. Lucky you for finding one that works well. I wish.
I am afraid that for me I had no luck when buying clone rta's.
So much so that I won't buy another.
Rda's on the other hand, been great. My velocity and many others tip top. I couldn't imagine that the real thing would be noticeably different but I guess I'll never know...

I have this one, which is at least by EHPro, and not a complete no name, and a clone Kabuki from FT that's excellent. My experience with KF from FT has been lousy, with either machining defects, or a glass tank where the end was on a slant rather than flat. Pretty hard to get a tank to seal when your glass ends are angled :-x

That's it for clones. I do think I'll keep an eye out for even a used Squape, as I think it's worth it. As far as the SQuape Dream, which is the latest, what I've read here is it's more DL with more airflow than the earlier, so I might be stuck with this one regardless. I'm happy it works well. Besides, I got it on clearance at Kidney Puncher for $2.:rickroll:
