The average amount of nicotine that is actually absorbed by smoking 1 cigarette is around 1mg or less. When I first started vaping I started with 18mg ejuice and was getting quite a buzz off of it, so I dropped to 12mg, and then quickly to 6mg. Newer ecig devices deliver a pretty incredible amount of nicotine compared to analogs IMO, you can just feel it. vaping 1ml of 6mg juice with these newer devices is about how many cigarettes...? Can anyone honestly say? I can vape that in 10 minutes... that's insane. I love vaping for recreational purposes and the flavors of great juice, but a lot of why I started doing this was not only to quit analogs but to gradually lessen my physical addiction to nicotine.

My question is this, for what godawful reason to do so many juice vendors ONLY offer juice down to 12mg, or 6mg strength? I'd really like to see more juice vendors showing 6, 3,2,1mg or less nic strengths to support people who are really interested in substantially lowering their nicotine levels or even quitting nic for good. IMO, to only offer highly addictive levels is to undermine the good intentions behind why this whole thing started. Yes, nicotine on it's own in small amounts like this won't kill you, but it's still bad for a huge number of people, for a huge number of reasons, so I don't want to hear any devils advocate crap, including how you can buy zero nic juice and mix it in, the whole point of premade juice is convenience lol. Most people who buy premade juice don't want to buy TWO bottles to try to mix them together, the fact that accessing juice with these lowest levels of nic is discouraged by making it into such an inconvenience for the community really says something.

I WISH PEOPLE WOULD STOP WISHING FOR OTHERS TO DO EVERYTHING FOR THEM. Just buy 2 bottle of whatever juices you get 1 bottle @ zero and the other at 1 or 2 steps HIGHER than target. Delute the high nic with the zero nic till desired level is acheived. Allot of people will keep a bottle of UNFLAVORED juice around for just this purpose. Considering Juice is available in almost any nic level from 0 to 36mg, not real hard, to self adjust the nic levels both UP or Down. Heck you could buy only ZERO nic juice and keep a bottle of Nicotine on the shelf add few drops to you own custom nic level.

Also most of the Good juice vendors are SMALL shops.. They just don't have the capacity to mix all possible nic levels.. Not to mention New regulations coming from the government regarding ingredient labeling and product testing. The more Variety to the items you sell the more money you spend on testing and meeting regulation.. The higher the price we pay for E-Juice if it is even available much longer.

seriously??? I mean seriously?? you can dilute if you think you are getting too much!! Some of us new and fresh quitter can't get enough and can only successfully quit on 36, 24 or 18mg juices. It is not all about you!! Dilute like has already been suggested to you.

Firstly, if you are vaping 6ml of juice in an hour then you must have a serious dripper. Octo-coil and unicorn hair wick ?
Most vapers are using 1-2ml a day when they start out, i know plenty of people who will use a single evod tank a day. I consider myself a chain vaper and can get through 5-6ml over 24 hours.
Secondly, the amount of nicotine a vaper takes in is down to method of inhalation, type of coil, type of wick, watts being used etc etc. It is easy to regulate your intake by adjusting any of the variables without changing the original nicotine level of the juice.
The majority of e-juice is made for the average vaper, not for hardcore cloud-chasers.
The reason most vendors supply in 6-12-18-24mg is because that is what the majority of vapers want.....

Howdy,
Uhh, um, er (points to OP Username), either you picked Dioxide (French its Dioxyde btw) by accident, reference to a band or you know some chemistry. Truthfully mixing A+B=C isn't that hard but I do agree a pain in the rear end.

As mentioned most of the rules on elquids don't allow for every possible nic solution level out there and the demand for the product is high so they will cater to the needs of the many not few. Moving forward though, if you can cook then you can DIY, its truly that simple in practice and requires a surprising few ingredients to get going (if you go grams/weight method then its really very few things). You would be in control of the quality at this point and you can decide the nic level without having to search the world and country side for a custom mixed juice (really great for not having those "Oh ::Censored:: " moments in life).

Hit up the DIY forum here on ECF which has a ton of useful tips, tricks and how to get started. As l like to say "Don't get mad, get motivated" (ok, so its supposed to be get even but yah).

Well I'm not going to get all personal about it but I'd say it's like this. From a manufacturing standpoint adding 3 new products (1,2 and 3mg bottles) is a big deal. It means reconfigure the computer systems. New labels, new recipes and storage space for all the new products. So that's probably why you don't see companies offering 7 or 8 variations of the same product since that's really like offering 7 or 8 unique products. If you have 30-40 flavors then that means 240-320 unique products just in juice. Never mind the accessories, batteries, coils, tanks and other vaping paraphernalia. At the end of the day it's a numbers game and vendors have real world expectations to meet.

Nicoticket just went down to 3mg for their consumers who are forever evolving and want to reduce their nicotine intake. +1 for them.

I go through a "mom and pop" store and he only does 3mg and 6mg. He makes special batches for me. I am at 18mg, but he will only go 12mg, and I buy all the 12mg I can get from that batch because I know he's doing it exclusively for just a few people.

Consumers dictate what they want. Companies just follow the majority.

From a purely selfish standpoint, I'd like to see more vendors offer 3 mg because that's what I vape. I feel like I see a lot of vapers that search for companies that offer 3mg juice - especially sub ohm dual coil drippers that seriously can't handle higher nic levels. It's a bummer when I hear about a great new juice company and they go from 6mg to 0mg. I can't just do 6 sometimes, I've tried. Maybe I need to just take that leap and go to 0mg.

Dr. Crimmy's does offer 3mg and 1.5mg to anyone that's interested.
