For those who haven't checked the OP, I've gone ahead and updated the rule to a 2 hour wait limit between being able to steal the cookie rather than once a page. If it still keeps the thread at a slow pace, I'll drop the wait time. So happy stealing and be sure to check your posts for time stamp.
