So I have been vaping for about 2 weeks now.
Ok to give you some background my normal intake of food is roughly 3000 to 4000 calories a day, I smoked about 1.5 to 2 packs of Camel Lights a day.

Now since I started vaping (18mg) I am eating constently, taking in about 5000 calories a day and I am chain vaping all day.

I mean to give you an idea about my intake. I have eaten a Meatloaf, half a box of stovetop, 4 oranges, 1 apple, half a box of Granola and that is just since 11:30 CST

And no I do not have a tape worm and I am not fat nor gaining weight

Do you guys think i should up my NIC to 24mg?

well I have 3 kids that is part of it. The rest I have no clue. I was that kid that their mother could really say that "I would eat them out of the house".

I really do not do anything all that active anyway. I am a Tech so I end up sitting around alot working on PC's. My Doctor said as long as my blood looks good and I am not gaining nor loosing weight it is ok.

Just wait until you get older. I was always skinny when I was young and ate anything I wanted. When I got older I gained some weight and have to watch what I eat.

I vape 36 but it doesn't affect what I eat.

My Grandfather is the same way. He is 83 ( I think) now and weighs what he did when he got out of the Korean War. Him and I actually talked about this the other day.

I burn through more than that...

During the cycling season. Riding 6-10hrs/day... [sigh]

>> well I have 3 kids that is part of it.

Umm - you are male, correct? 4% body fat and female, you wouldn't be surviving delivery of three kids, of that we can be pretty certain. ;)

I was an avid cyclist untill my knee surgery. I rode 20miles a day 4 times a week. Glory of living in a place that has a year round cycling season

and yes I am male.

Wow. I eat around 1200 calories a day and I'm gaining weight.

I have to take energy pills to burn it off. I have such a low natural energy output it sucks. If this were the matrix, the machines would have tossed me out as a dud long ago.

Dude you just make me blow vapor and cola out my nose

During the rainy season, I only ride forty-five miles or so a day on the road, but try to get at least another thirty or forty in on the trainer, six days a week.. But it's comparatively pretty low intensity. Come cycling season, I'll be a lot more scarce on the forum, those numbers will bump up to 75mi day, 5 days a week, high intensity, then another one or two days a week for as much as 200mi at race intensity. During the off-season, I gain a bit of weight at 2500-2800 calories. During the cycling season, I'll struggle to keep the weight on. I'll have to eat every second I'm not on the bike, sleeping, or in the bathroom. I'll even be eating in the tub.

I used to work at a Bike Shop and one of my co workers was like that. He did 24 hours Moutain bike races and was a Pro2 racer. I was never that bad about eating. I was never a racer but rode with a couple. I miss it but other things have come up in life that hold me back from riding.

I took almost 18 years off of riding. You can get back to it any time you're ready!

I have only taken about 2 years off. I had 4 pieces of torn cartilage in my knee. My knee is better now but kids and work are keeping me a little busy. I want to start riding again but I can not start actively ride for probably the next year depending on what my cardiologist has to say next Friday.
