I don't understand why you care how many calories you consume if you're metabolizing it all. Perhaps try some protein powder milkshakes n stuff if you want to gain more.
During the rainy season, I only ride forty-five miles or so a day on the road, but try to get at least another thirty or forty in on the trainer, six days a week.. But it's comparatively pretty low intensity. Come cycling season, I'll be a lot more scarce on the forum, those numbers will bump up to 75mi day, 5 days a week, high intensity, then another one or two days a week for as much as 200mi at race intensity. During the off-season, I gain a bit of weight at 2500-2800 calories. During the cycling season, I'll struggle to keep the weight on. I'll have to eat every second I'm not on the bike, sleeping, or in the bathroom. I'll even be eating in the tub.

So I have been vaping for about 2 weeks now.
Ok to give you some background my normal intake of food is roughly 3000 to 4000 calories a day, I smoked about 1.5 to 2 packs of Camel Lights a day.
Now since I started vaping (18mg) I am eating constently, taking in about 5000 calories a day and I am chain vaping all day.
I mean to give you an idea about my intake. I have eaten a Meatloaf, half a box of stovetop, 4 oranges, 1 apple, half a box of Granola and that is just since 11:30 CST
And no I do not have a tape worm and I am not fat nor gaining weight
Do you guys think i should up my NIC to 24mg?
Adren, you are just plain scary. Is there anything that you don't do intensely?
To those of worry: I am the same way. I have a hard time keeping my weight up and have to eat a high fat/high calorie diet to maintain my weight. I have been tested for thyroid problems before and they came out normal (TSH, T3 and T4) nor do I suffer from malabsorbtion. The only thing doctors worry about with me is that my triglycerides are low and my overall cholesterol just barely is above minimum.
Since everything has come out fine before I wouldn't worry.

my Cholesterol is actually well below minimum but that runs in my family. Last time I had it checked my HDL was 22 and my LDL was 19.
i am just going to deal with the extra food intake for now. see if it tapers off. I am also going to pick up some 24mg carts to see if that helps with my Nic Levels.
I have been like this sicne I was a kid, and I am 29 now. I have always been around 4% body fat, and my HDL and LDL are extremly low ( my doctor told me to eat more fatty foods)

If you are eating like mad and not gaining weight that would indicate a problem.. You said you've INCREASED your caloric intake significantly and not gained weight. Upping the nic level may cause you to eat less but you may loose weight again by doing that. I think there is a more serious underlying problem that has nothing to do with nic.
The reason I want to up the Nic levels is I am almost chain vaping to get satisfied.
