Aw, I wish my doctor were like all of yours. After my physical, he just said "you're in perfect health," which I definitely attribute to my e-smoking. My lung function is even back to average, which is great.
When I mentioned how I'd quit smoking and moved onto e-cigarettes, he just looked at me and gave me what seemed like a pre-practiced lecture about how "he understands how difficult the habit can be to quit" and the e-smoking was still very unhealthy. It surprised me, since when I had mentioned e-cigarettes to him just a few minutes prior, he had never even heard of them before. After mentioning what it did (before I even got to talking about how it actually worked), he had already decided to shoot it down.
He basically said my better health must be due to a more active lifestyle now, which I highly doubt since I'm in college and don't have nearly as much time as I did in high school to work out.
Such a shame.
