I bought 2 kits from VaporCig.com. 4 atomizers, 4 batteries, cartridges, e-liquid, charger-price is little higher than some but my batteries did not start going out until the fourth week. I returned 2 and bought 2 more. So four new and 2 old. I have been vaping steady before and after work, easy stuff between. About 4 hours of steady pull on the thing. I am still getting good vape and the batteries are holding about 3 hours of good power. Sometimes the atomizer heats up but when I trade out, the first cools down and vapes just as good as before when I pick it back up.

I have not had an analog since the third day after receiving my order.

I have had my DSE801 for 7 days and problems arrived on the 5th day. They were working perfectly up until this point. Lots of vapor, clear signals from the flashing tip. Now, they work one minute, not the next. There is no flash to tell me when I connect the atti to the battery. I can vape ok a couple of times then it will flash 15 times at me and start to get hot. I don’t know what the 15 flashes means as that is not stated in the instruction manual. Then I have to drag really hard to get it going again, then it dies. I can leave it looking dead for a few minutes then vape again for a couple of times then it goes doolalytat again. I have been analog free for 7 days now…yippeeee, but this is driving me crazy. I don’t really know when I need to charge cause I don’t get the 30 flashes. I just use it willy nilly and get the vapes when I can.
Luckily I bought a back up from eBay, the Advanced Pro 2009 and that is going really well. It is behaving as it should..so far!! Can anyone hazard a guess as to what’s gone wrong? I have ordered another DSE801 battery and atti. Maybe if I can find out what has happened then I can avoid using my new ones in the same way. I do like the DSE801 but if this is going to happen again I will have to look elsewhere for a different model.
Help me please.:-x

Have you tried tapping the LED end on a table or any hard surface? Just tap it lightly about 5-7 times like when you used to "pack" your analog.

When I first got my kit I had the same exact problem, but then I read somewhere here that tapping the LED or "ash" end on the table about 5 times after the "blink fest" will reset your switch, so you could drag on it again right after(I can't remember who first suggested it, so sorry I can't give you credit). Someone also suggested blowing on the LED end a couple of times to reset the switch, but that didn't work for me.

I also found that the more you do this tapping method, the less your battery will act up. Goin' on 2 months with my batteries, and although the time between charges is starting to shorten(is this normal?), I've had no more problems with the "Blinkies". Hope this helps.:thumb:
Have a great day!

Thanks Truthseeker. I was running into this very same problem after a week, I tried draining the batteries and atomizer, and just tapped the battery, and poof, working fine and getting good vapor. Will try it with my other two batteries, but it definately worked for this first one.

Sounds great! Glad it helped ya!:thumb: Too bad we haven't found a remedy yet for battery deterioration. lol When I first got these batteries, they would last about 4 hrs on a full charge w/ continuous vaping. Now 2 months later I'd be lucky to get 2 1/2 hrs in between charges.
