Seriously though I'm on week 4 of absolutely no analogs and vaping 6-12 mg 50/50 or 100% vg juice. I have been having pain under my ribcage on either side. Drinking coffe hurts. I feel like I have an ulcer or something. I feel as though I have tons of stomach acid minus the splash up or burning esophagus. I took pepcid and my symptoms subsided fire the day but I don't want to be stuck on that stuff. Is there a more natural way to control this? I've read other people have similar issues from vaping. Help!

It's possible that your stomach is reacting to a specific flavoring or the nicotine level you're using is simply too high for you, but I think it's more likely that your stomach issues are the result of quitting smoking. I noticed a dramatic increase in my acid reflux problems for a few months after I quit smoking. I'd always been told that smoking makes acid reflux worse, so it was a little upsetting that it actually got worse when I quit! It was temporary, though. I have a lot fewer problems with acid reflux now and I still vape plenty.

I don't have any natural remedy suggestions for you, but the medications that have always worked best for me are Tagamet and Tums. Hope you feel better soon.

I used to get those spasms when I tried the patch. It almost feels like a Charlie Horse. It's no joke.
Can't you quit for a day or 2 and see if it subsides?

Wanted to add I also have been getting weird muscle spasms in my upper abdomen.

I eat extremely well, minus the coffee, exercise like an athlete and am 25 yrs old. I've never had acid reflux before except when pregnant! I guess I'll wait and see if it improves? It's just a bad pain under the ribs. I'm not even 100% sure it is acid. Btw I'm not stopping for 2 days I'd probably pick up an analog lol Thank you for the advice though guys.
