To the original poster: If you're waiting for some sort of head rush or nicotine buzz you may wind up disappointed.

Thanks for the honesty. It really makes me wonder how addictive nicotine actually is in comparison to the other chemicals in cigarettes. I get the impression from what I've read that it's these "other chemicals" that are causing the majority of the withdrawal symptoms.

I discovered something today that I think is going to make my vaping experience much better. A vaper friend gave me a couple of drops of 36mg e-liquid to try in a cartridge. What a difference! It was what I've been looking for all along. (I discovered that what I ordered was 10mg!!) So now I have 36mg on order. If it ends up being too strong, I'll cut it with the lesser mg into a smaller dropper bottle. Even though they are different brands, the propolyne glycol base is esentially the same. I'm assuming I'm not going into mad scientist mode here and that other people do this, too?

He also let me try his (Joye) 510 and I did like it quite a bit. Will still keep it under strong consideration.

However, the Firelight e-cig I already own is still functioning very well. Now I just gotta wait for my super juice to show up. lol.

Also today, despite most of my vaping being on rather unsatisfactory 10mg juice, my desire for an analong is even more diminished. My patience is better as well.

Not sure what a passthrough even is, but I'll research that, too, thanks.

Getting there....

Day 3(2days later)- Success!

I woke up this morning to find that my 24mg juice had been delivered. I've been vaping the 24mg all day and I can honestly say that I am very impressed. A couple days ago I was ready to give up because the 11mg juice just wasn't doing anything for me but after vaping on this 24mg all day I can definitely feel the difference.

I know how I feel when I haven't had a smoke all day(light headed, dizzy, irritable) and I feel great right now. I have noticed that I have a bit more anxiety than usual but I assume that's because I'm not getting all those other chemicals that my body is used to having.

Thanks to everyone who offered advice, it's been a great help.

p.s.- is it OK to leave the charger plugged into the wall when it's not in use?

thanks again. :D
