My E-Power Arrived

Hi All,
After all the recommendations I got from everyone on my first post I took the leap and ordered my first pv. I got an E-Power from Hoosier ecig supply. I have to give them a big thumbs up on their service. I’ve been playing with this thing for a couple of days now and I think I’m getting the hang of it. There seems to be a bit of a learning curve (at least for me anyway)but after doing some more reading here and a little experimenting I think I’ve got it figured out. I’m still doing the analog thing some but only after acouple of days I’ve had a dramatic cut back. If I can continue this type of success I might finally get away from the analogs all together.

Now as for my opinion on the E Power it is a bit larger thanI first wanted but now I see why I got several recommendations to go this way.The battery life is very good as I’ve been vaping fairly heavy and only having to change the battery when I get home in the evenings. It is fairly easy to figure out and operate. I tend to top off my cart a couple of times a day (I may not need to do this but it seems to vape better to me). Now as soon as my other juices arrive (which should be today) I’ll be able to see if I can pick a favorite out of the bunch.

Once again Thanks to Everyone for some great advice. I’m sure I’ll be asking some more questions as time goes along.

Congrats dixiejohn. As long as you're happy with youyr PV I consider that success and eventually you'll be able to kick the stinkies to the curb. As for topping off my cartos I'd rather fill them too much rather than risk getting a dry burn.

Love my E-Power. You'll really love it with some 1.7 LR or dual core cartos (as long as you have the blue botton model). Good luck.

Are you using cartos on it or the atty+cartridge that comes with the kit?
You said carts in your post so I didn't know if you were actually using the cartridges or cartos.
If you are using cartridges, I would def recommend getting some cartomizers, they work great and are alot more consistant than an atty and cartridge. Also a carto holds more juice so you don't have to refill as often.
I use the Ressurector cartos from CCV and they are awesome on the Epower. You can get them from CCV and they have free shipping. They also give you a free syringe with all carto purchases and if you buy a 15-pack you get a syringe and a free drip tip. If you do have the switch that has the white LED and 5-click on/off, then the Ressurectors might not work right now bc that switch is currently rated to use 2.0ohm or higher. The fixed switch should be available soon and that will allow you to use all the way down to 1.5ohm cartos, like the E-power dual coils that are 1.5ohm and hold over 5ml of juice. If you do have the white switch I would either get the Boge 2.0ohms which work great but only hold about 1ml of juice, or if you like the size of the Ressurectors then I'd get the 2.0ohm XL cartos from Hoosier. Their the same size as the Ressurectors but will work with no prOblems since they are 2.0ohm and the Ressurectors are 1.7ohm. If you have the switch with the blue lED then you could use any of them bc that switch handles the lower ohms. I fill 2-3 Ressueectors in the morning and put a fresh battery in my Epower and I'm good all day.
Also if you ever want to put a tank on it, the Smoktech 3.5ml tank is great for the Epower or similar size pVs like the kGo,Riva,ego. I find the big 5-6 ml tanks look kind of funny on that size PV and it makes them really top heavy. But the 3.5ml tank doesn't look overly big and fits well on the Epower. I'm prOb going to order one for my Epower this week. Hoosier has them and so does CCV. I'm prob going to get mine from CCV bc they now sell pre-punched Ressurectors that have the metal base for use on the Smoktech tanks, and they have them for a great price. I'd much rather use a Ressurector in a tank than the 1.5ohm dual coil that comes with the tank. With the tank you def wouldn't have to worry about constantly refilling. Carto tanks do have a slight learning curve so I would make sure your comfortable with cartomizers and know how to use/fill them before you try a tank.

Also the switch on mine has the white led light. Do you know if the other switch is available anywhere ? I'll be sure and look at the tanks bc I think that would be right up my alley. I also got the juice I ordered from alien visions and madvapes. I filled up 3 cartos last night and am going to try them out today.

Don't be afraid to use the attomizer and try dripping. It's better than filling a carto and finding out you don't like the juice. If Bobas Bounty is one of the juices you got from Alien Vision, It's gonna be tough on your carto.
