OMFG that's terrible! I hope you're alright.

It's a good thing these come encased in a metal tube. In the future I suggest you have at least 2 batteries. Not only for backup, but you can use one while the other charges. Good luck, sorry about your hand.

Sorry to hear about your little accident but that does tend to happen when you disassemble things that are designed to not be disassembled, that is why they are made that way. Also your English is quite good I have had no trouble following your story. Hang in there you'll get a replacement, I would get some spares and maybe consider getting a mod of some sort which will take easier to get batteries, that you can get spares at a lower price.
