My face looks weird!!!!!!

Today, I looked in the mirror, and my eyes looked different. This hasn't been an overnight change; but today is that day when I really noticed a pronounced difference. My eyes look . . .. normal (?). That area under my eyes is rejuvenated. That "chapped" skin above my cheekbones is much improved. It's been 10 months since I've had a cigarette . .. . and it really shows! YAY! HOORAY FOR ALL OF US! WE DON'T SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was something I noticed too after I quit smoking...almost a year later. My skin was healthier, my hair was healthier...and the most important part was my allergies never developed that year...and have never developed since.
DON'T SMOKE!!!

Pdib, we quit right around the same time. I have oily skin so not much change there but I breathe a hell of a lot better and can smell a lit cigarette from a long way off now.

I was diagnosed years ago by my flight surgeon with raynaud's syndrome (poor circulation causing hands and feet to turn blue when cold). Quit smoking and started vaping almost 3 years ago and it has gone away since I started vaping.

All that and I got a cold this week and can still breathe unlike when smoking a simple cold takes you out for weeks
