Right now I've only got 3 months under my belt and I'm just so happy that I can breath deeply and don't get winded anymore.

I, like you, am one of the old guard here in Canada. I'll be (and yes, it's a celebration) going on my third year of vaping Dec 4th. It's been a journey filled with innovation at the speed of light. I'm proud to say my last cig/cigar was extinguished 3 years ago on that very day, and not another has touched my lips. My nic level has come down from 36mg to anywhere between 12-18mg depending on the flavour, and my health problems have either gone away or greatly diminished.

At the end of the day we all have and make choices. We weigh options. We think about our loved ones, and above all, ourselves.
