My First Attempt and Cleaning an Atty... Help?

Ok, so I am going to embark on my first attempt at cleaning my atty's.

I have read that cleaning them with rubbing alcohol works, but it also makes the atty taste like rubbing alcohol - ick.

I could use some suggestions, before I try this. Thanks

PGA (Pure Grain Alcohol - Brand called Everclear) or Vodka is safer. With rubbing you have to make sure it is completely dry before using.

Soak 1 hr to overnight. Blow out from battery end rinse again with PGA, blow out, add juice and then test it.

Look up dry burning or using an ultrasonic cleaner if that doesn't work.

I've used IPA since I started vaping and have never noticed any taste from it. I'm sure one would if they didn't let it evaporate completely or used a lower percentage that didn't evaporate as fast. I use the 91% and it evaporates pretty quickly, the dry burn will get rid of any residue if there's any left in it.

What ever your preference is for cleaning sooner or later you'll need to do a dry burn as soaking won't get rid of the baked build up off the coil although soaking does help to keep it to a minimum.
