Mortifying, I'm heart broken:ohmy:

Well I was actually expecting it soon, and ironically my order of spare attys :ohmy:from TV just happened to arrive today (oh lucky me).

Was vaping as usual while cooking dinner, got that funny taste, so dripped 2 more drops and when I went to hit it, nothing. Batt lit up on my 510, but nothing. I pretty much figured what was up but figured I couldn't just give up and attempted some pv CPR.
Tried another batt, then the PT. Figured it was over after that so laid it to rest in the morgue (read "junk drawer").

Wondering if i should toss it or try experimenting. MAybe I'll look aver that reincarnating your atty thread.
Perhaps there is life after death? This is usually how it happens right? It just goes quick and clean without warning and departs our world without fanfare?

Geez I hope I haven't started some tele-kill-nosis on everyone's atty!

I draws thru great! just no heat, sizzle, crackle, glow, anything from the bridge.
Was reading atty rebuild thread and thought of something. Instructions mentioned soking in boiling water to loosen up the works for removing from the outer sleeve.
I had soaked it twice in near boiling water, a small bowl heated in microwave instead of hot tap water. Maybe that had something to do with it?

Checked it with my multi-meter for resistnce and I'm getting no reading at all.

I got some really weird performance out of it at the beginning of the week. After that last cleaning taste was terrible for a day.
Regardless its a live and learn experience.
