My first battery box

this is my first battery. and just learned to solder today! the box didnt come with a on/off switch so had to add one. this is a 2 double A box from radio shack. its not done yet still have to drill a hole for the atomizer and waiting for the connector to get here. let me know what you think!

its a battery mod for the 901 atomizer. instead of using the regular battery that comes with a 901, ill be able to stick a double a battery in this thing and screw in a 901 atomizer and puff away!

havent decided on the battery yet, but probably something protected.

Ive been posting in a couple of places asking for info about PCC s . Which models have them available. Unfortunately Im not handy enough to make my own like you are! I hope it turns out well!

im not sure what all e-cigs they make the pcc for but im sure some one here will know somthen! what e-cig were you wanting one for?




EDIT: just got done testing for current and............IT WORKS!!!!! cant believe this actually going according to plan!

CHIME!!!!

The 510 PCC works with the RN4081 as well but definitely suggest the 510 manual over the RN4081.

In addition to that there is a company that sells a unit with a PCC. Discussion of that company is discouraged on this forum due to a situation involving spamming. Fortunately there is another company that sells an identical product and the other company is allowed to be mentioned so here is the other PCC option...

Finally there is a PCC for the VX2 model ecig but I do not know about availability on that just yet. litecig was supposed to be selling them but ran into some problems with customs and I am unsure of the status on that. However it is wirth mentioning that the VX2 case IS out there.

sorry i don't. the couple of mods I built are without any LED's.

i finished my box today. using a connector from radio shack.

volt reading at the connector i used. reading 1.446 from a 1.6 volt double A battery(not enough to power the atomizer)
