Got my Boge F16 cartos and carto tank last and after a near disappointment I got it working and I LOVE IT! Now I see what people meant by clearomizers muting flavor! When I got it I filled it up the carto per youtube instructions and slipped the tank on and filled it up. This is were I got worried. I proceeded to screw it onto my Sigelei Zmax and tightened it down to where only the tank would spin around the carto. Fired it...nothing. Backed it off and made sure I didnt thread it at an angle and put it back on...still nothing. At this point I slid the tank up the carto as if I was going to refill the tank so I could get my fingers on the carto and tighten it down more. BIG MISTAKE! While I was focusing on trying to get a grip on the carto I slid the tank up to far and flooded the carto!!! Lost atleast 1.5ml of my last 10ml of Malibu Menthol :(. Well after clearing what seemed like 100000ml of juice from the center of the carto I tried one more time to get it going. I had almost lost hope at this point but once I got it tightened down and took a puff...MAGICAL CLOUDS OF UNICORNS AND RAINBOWS!!! holy hell this thing is awesome! I dont think I will be going back to clearos anytime soon! The one downside I have found is that the friggin thing is so loud!!! Theres no way I can stealth vape in the bathroom at work anymore! lol. Anyway, I just thought I would share my first carto experience!

Huh, 3 out of my first pack were dead quiet. Lol, thought they fixed the sound issues. Maybe that's why they didn't work well for me. They weren't any hotter than my 2.0's, so I gave up on them.

Had to quick find a different drip tip also because the carto were tight. It was also my first tank-dump, as the loose carto let go of my normally supertight grommet tank.

Ah, well- most people are still very happy with them- good stuff.

Try the Kanger Horizontial cartos...they are super quiet and I like the taste of them too. I just wish I could find some prepunched flange ones for my tank. I have tried punching them myself but I always mess them up and I like the flange ones anyway.

LOL... I am thinking about giving cartos a try and I am about to order a seg. zmax myself!
I hope my first experience goes a bit smoother!

you shouldnt have a problem. Just follow the directions on youtube for filling cartos and youll be fine. I think my problem was that the filler on the F16 cartos is so far down in the carto it is hard to tell when it is staying saturated so I just kept filling and filling. I also learned that you have to let the carto and tank sit for a few minutes before I could get it to screw on the Zmax and make a connection. I guess the juice has to work its way out of the seal against the carto because if I try to screw it on right away the tanks just spins around the carto. I just filled up my second one yesterday and I had no issues.

Youll LOVE the Zmax! I just ordered my wife a Vamo for her first mod.

Try not to handle the tank. If you got a drip tip that fits good and tight, hold the drip tip and screw the battery on. The connection doesn't need to be any tighter than that.

If you get a wide bottom ( ming) drip tip- between that on the top and the flare on the bottom, the tank shouldn't move up or down.
