ya the prepunched holes. maybe im filling it too fast? hmmm dunno. nope in fact I smoke virgin vapors 100VG but its really the same consistency as a 50/50.but lasr time I ordered (which is the juice im using now) I did have them thin it down even a bit more since thats what they're website reccomends for using in tanks, like protanks, which is what I was using before. so maybe it is overly thin. I personally dont think it really looks like it, but eh, maybe it is, maybe it is....so now that we have indeed established thats not ever supposed to happen, how do I stop it? any ideas?

I use Virgin Vapor's Kona Velvet Milkshake all the time, and I've not had the leaking through the pre-drilled holes.

Anyway, to return to the problem you're having. While priming your carto, cover up the holes with your fingers as you hold the carto. I can't imagine you'd lose that much juice from the time you prime it and then fill the tank.

My method actually involves the prepunched holes "weeping"

I break a round toothpick in half and block the center hole.
I put juice on top then blow. The juice soaks in.
I repeat until my prepunched holes start to weep.
I do one more time and then my carto is primed.

In time you will find what works for you. I love cartos and now it only takes about 2 minutes to prime and fill a tank.
As far as changing flavors, i install a new carto. I like to keep 20 on hand so I don't fear doing that. I also have 8 tanks so I don't need to change as much. Happy vaping!
