My first crack at it

so... 50/50 mix, 4.5 ml each, no nic cause I have no interest in it. added 1 ml loranns bavarian cream, can't taste it, add another 0.5 ml, still nothing, worked my way up to the entire 3.7 ml bottle and still nothing, just a slight flavor, nothing distinct. Now I'm under the impression that it probably should have knocked me to the floor at that ratio yes?

o_O oh my goodness! That's a lot of flavor! I personally have not used Loranns though. Bavarian Cream in general tends to be more of a flavor added to other flavors than vaped alone(although i'm sure some do vape it alone). Adding it to coffee, or a chocolate for example for more depth, bring other flavors out.

My advice is, keep a notebook. Annnd something I should of thought of a while ago but randomly found a stash of mechanical pencils.... USE PENCIL :p You may try something at 10% but need to bump it to 15%. Easier when you can just erase what you wrote lol

Your juice could get more flavor as it steeps. Also, don't throw it away. You may be able to add it to other juices that you want to try to make that are bakery or sweet flavored.

I use Lorann flavorings almost exclusively since I live down the street from the factory and have never used more than 6% Bavarian cream in any mix. At better than 20% I imagine taste or the lack thereof would be an issue.

You might take a look at Hoosier's blog - especially the part on overflavoring ;)

As frosting said I use Bavarian cream to augment other flavors, not as a standalone flavor - but if you wanted to use it standalone a sweetener like ethyl maltol would be a good thing to have. It'd make the flavor pop for you ;)

.... I guess it must have just been over flavoring, just seems really counter intuitive.

Completely. And the best reason of all for me to actually do the blog.

(And I remember the year my grandfather that got the bright idea that if a little bit of Miracle Grow worked so well with grandmother's tomatoes last year, then a whole bunch would be fantastic. Otherwise known as the year that grandmother had no burpless tomatoes.)
