The only all natural sweetener I know of is stevia. I used to recommend the KAL brand but they recently revealed (and it's now on the label) that it contains maltodextrin. NuNaturals and Now brands do not contain maltodextrin.

If you do decide to use stevia start with a VERY small amount. One teaspoon of stevia is the equivalent sweetness of one cup of sugar.

I use TFA sweetner (sucralose) for fruit flavors and EM for tobacco flavors that need a little sweet. I'm not an organic chemist to say if either are likely "safe" or not, but I'm still alive lol.

Almost forgot -- congrats on your first DIY batch! Once you get hooked on mixing your own, there's no turning back lol.

Search Results for Query: stevia | E-Cigarette Forum the search box is in the upper right above your name and avatar.

Why does everyone say this to me as if i dont use the search before i ask questions. I simply dont have the time to sort through the few hundred search results. Besides, the point of a forum is to create discussion within a community of like minded individuals. If/when i post its generally when im walking from my truck into a strore or when i have a matter of a minute or two of free time. I rarely have the opportunity to search an archive of 15 million posts for my answers.

So i made my first DIY batch! I have to say they came out really good, but some of the flavors could use a little sweetness (Like the vanilla flavors and the definitely the gummy bear). What is a good all natural sweetener to use that is SAFE. Is there such a thing?
As to absolutely safe? Who knows, but I use liquid Stevia from GNC.
I cannot tolerate artificial sweetners and the Stevia works out nice.

I say it because many people are unaware of it. It has helped me many times when I needed a simple answer and didn't take up the time of someone who could be helping someone else with a difficult question. You are correct, the forum does create discussion. I'm very thankful to have the experts helping me when I need it. I'm pretty certain nobody knows whether you are sitting at a pc or walking into a store when you post, and rarely have I seen where more than a few minutes are needed to browse the search query to find the answer I am looking for. My time is valuable to me also.

Personally I wouldn't use stevia, I'd let the juice sit in steep for the four days it takes to get proper product ordered and delivered to my door.

The gummy bear flavor i have is just super super tart/bitter. I feel like a little sweetness will cut that back significantly. Im hoping anyway. Im going to pick up some liquid stevia at the market on my way home later and see how it works.
