Straighten out a paperclip, push it through the small hole in the end of the mouthpiece slowly until the interior cart piece shows over the lip of the mouthpiece. If the material is still damp and not overly discoloured, use the paperclip to then feed the material back down into the interior cart. If the liquid in the material is overly brown, and discoloured, use a paper towel to soak up the scorched liquid and put six drops of fresh liquid into the interior cartridge, then use the paperclip to feed the stuffing down into the cart. After the stuffing is replaced and the end is down inside the cart, put about three drops on top to thourghly soak the stuffing and again use the paperclip to gently lift the stuffing about 2 mm above the edge of the cart. Last slide the paperclip down the side of the interior plastic cart and push it back down into the mouthpiece then place your freshly refilled cart onto your atty and start puffing. It may take a puff or two to get your normal amount of vape, however leaving the stuffing up a little (again, about 2mm works best for me) gets a more consistent and higher volume of vape.
