My First Grand!

Finally,got a Grand.
Can't believe it took me this long to get one but finally pulled the trigger! Bought my first mini 14500 3 years ago and has been my daily driver ever since. Need tp get used to the weight and size vs. the little mini, this thing is a brut! I've added a few Woodies for my lady and myself along the way.After getting my Big Kahuna woodvil I realized how nice it was having the battery life of the 18650, and modified 9ml juice bottle vs, carrying 4 batteries and juice vial on my key chain to last me the day. So, I started taking the KOA out as my daily driver and...well was not good idea for me. Between drops, temperature & humidity changes at the beach cottage on weekends etc. the big guy took a beating. Sent to the Spa fro repairs and been confined to indoor use only! I finally decided to treat myself to a Grand as I will be skipping the next Woodvil frenzy and watch from the sidelines as you gladiators go to war! I am going to be lurking...waiting.... for Resin!!!

I was thinking about the SL but between summers at the beach and overall road duty I wanted to shield as much sand and daily dirt and dust from getting inside so went with the protection. That's why I'm excited about future Resin models, protection, beach proof, AND lighter weight I would assume. Will have nice feel and design of a woodvil yet almost hoople proof!Just what I need!!

That's only my side of the family, my lady has a little purple mini 14500 and an 18490 Purpleheart/Birdseye woodvil that aren't in the picture as I could not pry them out of her hand and purse!!
I'm sure you wiil have your family soon. REO birthcontrol not practiced in REOville!

I remember when I got my first grand (there were two actually - in very similar colors to my mini 2.0's so my wife wouldn't notice) I damn near got erect.

Once I held one in my hand it was over for my minis. Traded one to my man Jack (damn I miss him) and sold the other within a week.

Since then I got 3 more grands in other colors cause by then I had my wife so bamboozled by my mods and attys that she didn't even notice. Those latter three are the ones I kept cause I prefer black, grey, silver to red and blue mods

Why did I buy red and blue then you ask? Cause they were the only blems available back then. This was before hammertone and wrinkle.

Just today I declared this a grand only household. And that's what it's gonna be.
