Mixed up my first mix tonight. goal was 50/50 pg/vg.

50% VG
16% Capella Vanilla Custard v2
4% Hangsen Mango
8% FA Lychee
8% TFA Kiwi double
16% PG

Goal was for a Kiwi-lychee custard witha slight mango background. Complicated for a first mix, I know, but I'm a dreamer.

Without steeping, the lychee is very strong, with the mango poking out. I'm going to let it steep 2 weeks and see if the custard pokes it's head out. After that, I'll probably remix it with about half the lychee, then bump up the kiwi and custard.

Are you using any kind of speed steeping? Ultrasonic/Water Bath etc...?
If not, your Custard may take several weeks to develop.

Ok, hate to do this to you...:D here are some links that you should read first and figure out what works. I just did a quick search and copy for you bro...You will hopefully get a lot of input on this subject from everyone else!...

(I am able to plop my bottles in a pan and regulate the temperature to 145 degrees with a digital probe that tells me if it gets 2 degrees too warm (inside and outside of my bottles...I am also able to elevate my bottles off the bottom of the surface of the pan so that the temp is even. I don't have a UC or a crock pot but I have a bunch of chef tools...)

This may fit you best since you are at 0 nic (dunno, didn't read it all...)

Anyhow, that's a SL or reading for you. Since you don't use nic you can actually not worry too much about the heat level, although no one really knows what high heat does to flavor...

Hope that helps...your mix sounds mighty tasty!

I'd say the overall percentages are a lil too high. I find that kiwi is kinda strong, I might suggest lowering the lychee to like 3% and the kiwi to 4-5% custard to 8-10% and the hangsen to 2% ish. So basically if this doesn't turn out the way you want try halfing everything, I personally haven't had good luck with that vanilla custard.
