I agree with what has been said above but would like to add that you tell the person at the B&M to come to ECF and learn something about vaping supplies!

If it was me, I would go in and complain to them and give them a card for ECF...

That's what the FDA should regulate:

Can't open a brick and mortar without an ECF degree!

I should also note; the guy also had me try the rba on his mech and i absolutely LOVED the flavor/vapor. So I do want to get to the genesis RBA, but if you guys think i should shelf it for a while I'll do that. Any other options that might get me close? I've also been eyeballing some good looking carto tanks.

Wow you guys are amazing. A lot of questions to answer. I started with a 900mah ego-c upgrade and an iSmoka BCC. Bought my first mod (still used iSmoka) and wanted more flavor/vapor. Which leads me to now with the purchase of the AGA-T2

I wrapped my first coil with 32awg ni-chrome and had a hotspot at the top coil and dropping resistance. Took it back today for help. The guy tinkered with it for over an hour wrapped multiple wicks to no avail. I left to get lunch and came back he says he's got it working, but he has 28awg kanthal on it with only 4 wraps. I look at it and tell him this isn't going to work with my mod. He says, "yeah about that". "You're gonn have to buy a mechanical." I took my stuff and left.

Wow what a joke...took him an hour in the first place, and then proceeded to try and sell you a mech mod? Some .......**g people man....

Don't get us wrong, RBA's on mechs are spectacular. But there is some knowledge that you NEED to have in order to operate them safely. Do not rush into them until you are convinced that you understand what's involved.

Here is a good place to start, Baditude's blog about RBA's and mechanicals.

Believe me i'm done with them. Too bad too because I really like their French Toast e-liquid.

I appreciate you guys not making me feel like an idiot. This dude gave me a bit of an attitude. Kinda felt like my ignorance wasn't worth his time.

I don't know what it is, but a lot of vape store employees seem to have attitude. If you even show the slightest bit of knowledge about the vaping world they get defensive.

Why this is no problem in ECF land! General E-Liquid Discussion Go ahead, ask "Where can I get a good French Toast?" I dare ya! :D

We is nice on this board. Well most of us, most of the time. Serious "not nice" can be a TOS violation. (Not kidding...) Besides, there are all those other boards for that.

Just another noobie help note: With all of us telling you where to go and stuff, if you get an error message "You do not have permission to access..." it's the noobie filtering system on the site. Once your post count gets above 15 you will have access to pretty much all of the site. The mech. mods forum is definitely off limits, possibly the RBA/RDA stuff as well. It's an assumption built into the site that a noob shouldn't be messing with stuff like that and 15 posts (usually) gives us an idea of where someone's head is at.

Welome!

I find this as logical as talking to a pony while humming a single F sharp musical note: It makes no sense!

I heard many >15 post users saying: "Dude bro, I mean...... man dude bro dude man bro! DUDE! My 0.00002 ohm quad coil pumps out massive clouds dudebroman!"

No offense to the dude/bros out there.

So I've been running my ZMAX in variable power mode with the BCC (1.8ohm at 6w) and getting ok results. Just switched to vv at 3.7v and wooo-wee! :vapor: This is so much closer to what I have been looking for. Good to know i'll be able to sleep at night with the RBA in the drawer while I educate myself more.
