After reading thru alot of the post I have decided that I will order the Hello 016.

I am a heavy smoker and feel I need the heaver and longer lasting E-cig.

Any addvice would help.

I do get confused after reaing all those post so bear with me please as I am trying to get what I need without buying what I dont need.

My first order so far will be The Hello 016 starter kit, extra battery, extra Atomizer, and Extra juice.

Any recommendations on anything else I should buy?

I will hold off oredering though till Someone responds so I dont mess this up.

Hi and welcome to ECF. The Hello 016 has a big 1300 mah battery and is 510 compatible. But they've been having some quality issues with them lately so I don't know if I'd buy one right now. Some of the vendors that carried it in the past quit doing so because of those problems.
If you're a heavy smoker you do need a big battery. The eGo and Riva at 650 mah and 750 mah are half the capacity of the Hello. There are 900, 1000, and 1300 mah versions of it though and if you're wanting a production model rather than a mod that might be the way to go. Mods can be even more confusing to get into than the off the shelf models, but you have more options and power ratings to choose from. If you want something that'll last all day and then some a mod is the way to go though.
You didn't really say what you smoke or how much. A list of features you deem necessary in a PV would be helpful in making any recommendations too.

Not sure where you are getting the Hello 016 starter kit or at what maH it is rated to (thinking 1300maH) but this is basicly the same as a Riva or Ego 1100maH/1000maH which you could probably find cheaper & they have been around longer & proven reliable.

The only other thing it looks like you need is some cartomizers, some of the best are boge brand or CE2 R4's ( clearomizers etc.) most people don't like using cartridges after using cartomizers.

Don't know a lot about them, but if you are trying to start a little cheaper with more stuff try Liberty flights Riva 510 or 901 the kits come with 2 batts, 2 atty's carts charger for 29.99 with the 20 discount. I use them and the batts last my 12 hour shifts and them some until they get to be a few months old now I am down to around 6-7 hours. I have 600,750 and 900 mah but have never tried 1300. It should last a good long time, it has good reviews and a lot folks like. Anyway just trying to save you some money just getting started until you know it is for you. Good luck and keep us posted.

Get an extra charger. Big batteries are cool and all...but they die. If you don't have a way to charge it, whats the point? I have one for home and one for my truck. I will always be able to charge up.

If you don't already have a 12v > USB adapter for your car...get one. Many ecig stores normally charge far too much for them. Check places like newegg.com. You can get one really, really cheap @ dealextreme.com, but it will take nearly a month to get to you. Your battery will run out of juice when you least expect it....be prepared

Get a drip tip. They are cheap and useful. Especially when you are just trying flavors.

I'm not sure how much "extra juice" you were planning...but get more :)

edit: I didn't really like dealing with the cartridges. I mostly drip now. I have a box of cartomizers sitting here on my desk, but no syringe to fill them :( Its been 2 weeks and I've been content dripping, but was curious about the cartomizers. Currently e-stalking my mailman on USPS.com

Wow that is some fast and helpfull advice. Thanks all

To answer some of your questions. I smoke about 2.5 packs a day(Pallmall lights). I would like to save money ,yes. But I want to get the most for what I spend,LOL I am realy cheap.

Also I feel I need something that will last me all day,(16 to 18 hours if possable. If need be I will buy more batteries and another charger.

I will buy more juice, just dont want to buy too much till I find some flavors I like.

Oh and I am sorry for the bad typing and misspelled words.I was a crane operator not an office person all my life.So my typing really sucks.lol As far as PV or VG I dont realy know the difference as long as I can get the nicoten I need to satisfy my craving and then start cutting back if I can.

Sorry if I get confused easily,I take all kinds of meds for my health problems and they do mess with my memory.

So far it looks like the eGo extreme is what most are recommending so that will probably be the one I go with.

Thanks for the help.

Try the boge cartomizers. They hold about 1 ml of juice and you just pop off the end to fill. Super easy. I just top it off during the day.

I was also a heavy smoker 2.5- 3 packs a day of marlboro reds and started out with the Lucky Slicks (510 clone) but got tired of the constant battery changes and cart refills. Tried the larger manual batteries and it was better instead of changing every 1.5 hours, changed every 2.5 - 3 hours. Then I found the Joye eGo Mega with the larger batteries (900 mah) and larger carts. Now I can go all day 16+ hours with one battery and one cart. Which worked great for the daily needs but not the overnight trips without taking my charger along. And since I like to camp for several days at a time, needed someone more. So ordered the eGo PCC so that gives me the charging capacity of two 900 mah batteries, plus it holds a small bottle of liquid (about 3 days worth); a spare battery and extra carts - but still fits in my shirt pocket!

The one thing I noticed from the eGo extreme web site is that they don't list 1300 mah batteries being sold separately, so that is a red flag for me! If one of the batteries received with the kit goes TU then it will take some time for you to get a replacement since they don't sell them separately.
