My first rebuildable

Managed to get hold of a rebuildable atty (DID clone) and spent hours last night trying to figure it out.
But the hot spot just wont go away lol.
Today tried re-oxidizing the ss mesh and sweeeeee sweee finally works like a charm.
i can say the taste is really good compared to my vivi, but setting it up is a real pain in the a** lol

oh another thing, when i put in the clear tank the o-ring gets squeezed till out of shape.. is it normal?

Try pushing the tank all the way down, sometimes it takes quite a bit of effort

Use an aluminum drink can. Punch a smaller/desired air hole and lace it on the inside of your top cap.

I guess it is. This is the same as VH rebuildable. If use the metal tank fits just fine. But with clear tank, abit tight eh. O-ring also seems out of shape. Like kena squash like that. Hahaha.

okay i have a noob question, how do i make the top cap on my rebuildable to align w the wick? mine is a screw type instead of the o-rings. i heard tt i need to sand it, but where exactly do i sand?

try adding an o-ring to the top connector b4 you screw in the top cap

Bro... Sand the base of the cap... Place a piece of sandpaper on a flat horizontal surface and place the base of the cap on the sandpaper. Make sure when you're rubbing it it on the sandpaper, the base of the cap is flat on the sandpaper. This way, the base will be sanded off evenly. Do bit by bit till you get the correct alignment.
