My first rebuildable

I ordered a Wyvern (AKA- Rainbow V3) from discountvapers.com
I also ordered 5 ft of 1.5mm fiberglass wick and 10 feet of kanthal 32awg wire from myvaporstore.com

I'm stoked. I think it will look sick on my chrome Vamo. I plan on testing it for the first time with some homemade apple pie flavor.

Any tips, hints, or golden nuggets of wisdom I should know before attempting my first build?
Any help would be much appreciated.

Are there any local places I can get kanthal wire and wick? Like maybe Walmart or home depot?

I already have around 1-1/2 ft of cotton wick. I figure that would be easier to get locally than the wire.

advice? yes, keep calm cause being nervous and shaky makes it harder than it needs to be. i just got my gen 1 and built an awesome coil first try, if i can do it you can too!

LOL.......well remember we are a small niche, kanthal is used in industry for heating.
