I have a budget of £100

I hate batteries which need changed so a built in battery would be nice

I would love long lasting box mod batteries

I think the evic vt fits the bill but a lot of people say they aren't great?

Cloupper gt looks good and offers charging batteries without taking them out but still interchangeable not ideal for me

Istick 40 would only last a few hours if it is anything like the 30w

Guys give me some help

Hi Paul, I have the eVic VT and like it. I am a chain vaper and the battery last me all day. I can charge it overnight and it is ready the next day for me. I actually have 2 and one is on standby while the other charges. It is a pass-through device so if you only have one you can still use it while it is charging. I bought the first one as a kit and it came with the Ego One Mega VT Tank. I do not care for the Ego One, so I use the Herakles with Ni coils and have only had a couple instances of it coming out of TC mode. I vape at 35w and 410 degrees and get a very pleasant vape.

How often has this happened and is there a fix as this is the only issue I have read about these devices

I too am like you. I absolutely hate charging batteries out of the device. I also dislike built in batteries. I want to be able to change them when I feel they have exceeded their useful life.

I went with a DNA40 device. The Hcigar VT 40. You buy your own battery and put it in. The coin thing to take the cap off is silly though. I put an HG lg2 3000 in it. Charging via the usb cord and wall wart it takes roughkly 5 hours to charge from low battery.

Personally, I'm not impressed with TC. And about half the folks I've seen on here that have tried it feel the same way. The folks that like it seem to love it though. My advice would be to find a device that has all the other zoom-zooms and wham-whams you are looking for and consider TC as an extra perk for you to play around with. Then, if you end up not liking TC, at least you will have a mod you still actually like. :2c:

I picked up the Cube X II about two weeks ago. It does a mighty fine job at TC, the only down side that I have seen so far that because it is new there are a few bug fixes and not quite complete. It on the other had is a great vape with Kanthal, and the ability it has going to 160 watts is great because there is some sort of intelligent hardware built in that if you are trying to vape at too high of wattage it will not let you go too high. You can set it at 160 and say you are running a Clapton build that can't handle it it will not kick you off the setting but it will only go as high as 130 watts. I know this because it happened to me.
