I had hemmed and hawed over making the decision to get a PV. There was to much information out there, too many choices. I eventually lost the desire to plunk down the 60-100 dollars at one throw.

Then months later my brother showed up one day w/ his BLU. He complained about the turnaround time in recieving it, he said the kr8 from Vapor4Life would be there far quicker. I had stopped listening, I was fixated on the device in his hands. I knew then I was about to make that first step for myself. Alhough it nearly didn't happen.

I started doing more research. Sometimes looking is more intriguing then the finding. Luckily, I came across a YouTube series that I knew was for me:

E-CIGS FOR BROKE PEOPLE! Part 1

It is done by one of the forum regulars, MistressNomad. She is well spoken and really informative. Also, not hard on the eyes. I watched her whole series right then and there. Great information for a novice on everything you realy need to know and then some. From your first PV pick to juice mixing to care and feeding, really boss. The final video, as of this post, is "So you want to upgrade". In this she discusses mega batteries and the eGo as well as its equivalents. I knew that I had found what I wanted.

I choose to use Cignot.com as my supplier and could not be happier with the experience. I ordered the joye eGo kit and a some extra juice and carts just to get started.

Their turnaround was the best. Ordered sunday evening, shipped monday, vaping on wednesday. Pricing was middle of the road, but very fair. Everything was in stock. Nothing was DOA. They even drew a smiley face on the invoice. Great company overall and definately a great way to have your first time go.

So glad I made the switch. I woke up this morning without the lethargy I normally feel, I'm guessing because I didn't have all that extra carbon monoxide in me. Really happy!

Daww.

Really glad it was helpful for you. I honestly think that anyone looking at the 510 should go straight to the eGo, if they aren't too stuck on the size. But in my initial vids, it was all about keeping it as cheap as possible, so I skipped it for the time being.

So glad you decided to take another look at vaping! Weirdly enough, a friend with a Blu was also what got me really interested. Glad I didn't get that Blu though!

Happy vaping. :)

I watched them the first few visits to the forum, one of the deciding factors in signing up - even though I didn't have a clue the video's were well thought out, informative and fun to watch. Since I've been on the forums a little bit now, more of the lingo makes sense now and I have gone back a few time to review them... :)

Wish I would've went straight to the ego instead of dropping $200 on a it looks like a cigarette kit just to find out that the batteries don't last long.

Amen to that! Thankfully, I found this forum before my 30 money back guarantee expired! I've got a nice eGo and I'll be getting my money back for the other kit. This place rocks!

Welcome to ECF! Vape your head off, but don't overdo it, K?
