Hey everybody! A friend of mine introduced me to vaping last weekend. My buddy was sporting his new Janty.

Pretty much the conversation went like:

"Hey wanna try an electronic cigarette?"
"A what!? Does that even have any nicotine?"
"yeah but no tobacco here watch"
*puff*

"damn!"

I hit it a couple times, and immediately obssessed over vaping for the next couple days. While I was on my way home after visiting the parents I hit a Sunoco gas station to pick up a pack of cigs. Right on the counter "NJoy" e-cigs were for sale and I bought a starter pack and a 10-pack of carts without hesitation. I'm usually very frugal about money but this was like almost a kneejerk reaction to seeing an e-cig.

So about $100.00 later I was at home charging my batteries patiently waiting to vape. The excitement about vaping as hit me hard. I've longed for years an alternative to smoking but still getting a throat kick. Here it was, at last!

So a week goes by and I've bought a couple starter kits from blucigs.com, as well as a couple DSE-801' starter kits, as well as a bottle of juice from totally wicked, and from Johnson creek. All that stuff still hasn't arrived.

So I've been vaping for a week now but I've experienced quite a few problems. For one, I can go through 5 NPro carts in one day. I'm a 1-pack a day smoker, but for some reason these NPro carts start to lose their "throat kick" well under 100 puffs. I am very dissapointed in their cart life to be honest, and I'm looking forward to getting some e-juice.

I deliver pizzas on the weekends, and when I deliver I smoke on the way to customer houses and on the way back. I'd love to vape especially on short runs where I usually throw the analog out before it's even half-way done because I gotta go to their house and I'm down the street and don't want to be seen smoking in front of their house as a common curtosey.

I have spent over $400.00 on e-cigs and accessories buying extra atomizers and batteries and juice online. I haven't received any of my new things but I want to try everything out.

I guess I should have done a lot more research before buying this ****. I'm kinda upset because e-cigs aren't as convenient as analogs. I delivered pizzas last night and switched completely back to analogs for the night because my NPro either stopped working because I hit it too many times, or because it got too hot, or because the pressure switch keeps sticking and the light stays on even when I'm not puffing. Also I can't afford to go through 5 carts a day at $2.00 a cart. It's only $5 for a pack of winston lights and I only go through one of those in a day. So far vaping has costed me a lot of money but I'm hoping to find something that works.

So what would be the best e-cig set up for delivering pizzas? If I'm running around in my car I like to puff as I drive and I love a good throat hit. The problem with my npro is that it cuts me off too much and I have to wait for the atomizer to cool down, and also the battery runs out and/or I go through too many carts.

Thanks for reading my long post,

Hi Tone

I dont think you have a lot of choice but to wait and see how you go on your new purchases,

The 801 Penstyle is a good e-cig and once the carts, which are fairly large, run dry you can refill them with the various juices you havbe on order, and that most certainly wont cost you anything like $2 per cart.

One thing I dont understand though, is if you enjoyed the vape you got from your friends Janty e-cig, why didnt you buy one of those? I know I would have rather than rake a risk in ordering an e-cig I had no first hand knowledge of.

However I do understand why you bought the Njoy. We in England are lucky in the fact that we rarely see e-cigs on sale in markets, garages etc., although I know there are a few out there.

As for a good e-cig for when you are driving... well thats a personal choice, however, look for one that can connect through USB to your cigarette lighter or to a power pack, or lastly one with long battery life and larger carts.

Your 801 will most certainly have the larger carts. So give that a try and in the meantime read up as much information on this forum as you can, and watch the video reviews which cover most models out there.

Good Luck.

Hey Tonechild,

Welcome to ECF. I have never tried the Njoy but I do own a starter pack from blue and i can say you might enjoy that especially the fact that you have the portable charger that really helps out when your on the go. However you might have an issue with the carts as well as the blucigs carts tend to leave about 1/3rd of the liquid left when the vapor production drops significantly. Also the 801's are very good and the carts are also top notch. I'm sure the 1.3 ml cart will last you much longer and there very easy to refill as well. Also you might want to check out the M series they seem to be getting very popular and a lot of praise. Mainly the M401 mini cig and the penstyle m201 is a bit newer but ive heard is equal to even slightly better then the dse 801. However at this point you might not really need any more hardware lol. Let us know when you get your shipments in and if you have any questions ask away mostly everyone on this forum are eager to help make the best out of your vaping experience. :)
