I bought a 510 passthrough, the kind with the battery.

From day one the thing never produced much vapor, but never having used one I didn't know what was normal. The first week it stopped completely, and I read a post on here suggesting a new battery. That seemed to work for a few days - but I wound up replacing it three times.
It killed an atty, and after that just had a weird taste that didn't go away no matter that I tried.

I emailed Chris late at night, hoping to exchange it. I didn't expect to get a message the next day saying he called. Since it was late at night his time, I wrote another email answering his questions. Instead of just replying, he left another phone message.
We finally reached each other the third day, I told him everything I had tried, he said he had never heard of this problem, but he would sent me a new one. and for me not to send the old one back.

He sent a brand new pt and two auto batteies - which got me through perfectly until my mod arrived!

FANTASTIC customer service. Chris even called to check that the replacement arrived. :D
I'll be using Freedom Smokes whenever I can. AND his toffee is addicting! :D :D

Man! I just placed an order with Chris and did not know that he had P/Ts. I also did not think of trying his toffee. I love his salem and his caramel. I will try the toffee on the next order.
Chris has always been great to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. I am so lucky that I found him through this forum when I first started vaping. He is my go to vendor for juice.
