So I was working in the yard all weekend and had my trusty orange sparkly mini at my side the whole time. While emptying a 30ish gallon water bucket, it jumped in right out of my sweaty pocket tee working in the yard shirt!!! I fished it out, took it apart to make sure it wasn't wet inside, disassembled the drip shield, drip tip and 901 atty. After a quick rinse of the atty with a little vodka and some hot water for the tip & shield, I put it all back together. Dropped 3 juice drops in... dead, rechecked the adapter/atty/GLV connections... got 2 or 3 weak hits... added another 2 drops and BAM! Back in business!

Awesome ,..I love a good testimonial. Thanks for the post. Iv heard of GLVs getting into all kinds of trouble. Dropped in lakes, snow banks, off of balconies, and they still worked. I dropped mine in a deep mud puddle and it didn't even get that dirty because of the clear coat. I was able to wipe it off on the WET grass and go on about my day.

yeah, it was in a good 2ft of water for a moment... no water inside and the switch didn't skip a beat. It was kinda murky so I flushed the atty/drip shield. Mine is clear coated too, a simple wipe was all the mod needed :)

the delay in hitting was me not taking time to get the residual vodka out of the atty
