My infinity has arrived!

I finally got my Infinity (order# 1121) on Friday (2/4/11) and was so excited! I charged up the batteries for 4 hours, but then it didn't work at all when I tried it, so the exciting day turned into a very sad day. I went through some trouble-shooting with BuzzKill and my voltmeter, and he figured maybe a wire came loose in shipping, so I sent it back in the mail yesterday, Saturday.

I ordered my Infinity with the chrome body and brass end caps, but have asked if they can instead send one back to me with all CHROME end caps, as I think it will look better and sleeker. I'm also hoping they will cut in a slot so I can use my KR808 cartos in it, like others have asked for, and he has done for them (I didn't know it was a possible option when I ordered my 901 version). So we'll see if they will do that. It seems like they run an excellent company, and want to keep customers happy, so I am keeping my fingers crossed they will do this for me. Even if I have to wait a bit longer, that's ok with me. I just want an excellent-looking and working variable volt PV that I am happy with! :)

You are #1 on the build list Dragon ! In fact I built yours friday and had a problem so I pulled it from production to be rebuilt and be right !
Thanks. American built/tested and working great is a good thing. Got some new juice on the way to really test it out. Just hate the waiting.

I know what you mean, Dragon. I had to send mine back, so it's an even longer wait for me. From tracking, I see they got it back Monday morning, wow, that was quick, as I mailed it out on Saturday. Now I'm wondering how long before it's shipped back to me! I also have some new juices on the way to try this amazing device out!

Wendy we found some bad parts from the machine shop AGAIN and these are causing us major headaches , I have to get new parts made or fix these ones in order to fix your unit , I even made our stock 0 so no orders can be made until I have this sorted out .
Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused we are at or wits end trying to work around all these bad parts ( I have a 50%+ failure rate on the tubes and how they look ! ) We may have to just order new metal parts and start from scratch ???

we had our BEta test units made and had ZERO problems , we got these parts late and they were sub-par and just BAD in many cases . This has caused all kinds of problems for us and YOU !

Again we are doing our best but we cannot ship bad units ( we have had may to many issues so far and I HAVE to get this fixed first).

Fran as soon as I have this fixed you are the first 4 units going out !

Sometimes stuff happens. Correcting things is the only option.

Yes they do , and in this case we HAVE to get this fixed , it will take some time . We are working on it as I type , I will be gone for the rest of the day working on this issue.

From our preliminary results we have to completely rebuild the RMA units so that will delay them as well. ( Lots of work to do )

    No biggie Mike. I have my Buzz. Hey maybe the protected batteries will come in.
