Thank you 5C. You are seeing the blue battery through the vent hole under the symbol. After I rolled them around like Mike said, they fit up in there better And yes the draw is tight if you screw your carto / atty on tight. Loosening it will adjust it.

Yeah Buzz, one DOA battery, well it does put out 0.7V on a full charge! lol. I'm not too worried about it. I have 2 sets to work with and I just ordered 2 more tonight.

I am having the same problem. I tried 3 different atty from different companies and its the same. If I loosen it, it doesn't make contact.
I got out my Joye cartos and they work fine. But with the atty, it will not work at all.

See I have run only cartos so far and my draw might be a little stiff, but it's good for me. I don't care for really loose draws. Buzz, on the battery life question, I use Ikenvape Premium Silver 510 Cartomizers at 2.8 ohms. Great battery life and performance and they handle 6 volts as easily as 3.8.

Heh, I was thinking it might be one of the ones you glued your finger to. Don't even sweat it, I'm about as happy as I could possibly be at the moment.

The 510 battery connection we use does not have the hole in the center like a vacuum operated one would have , I did not notice a change in draw on the Beta units and nobody said anything about reduced draw .

Try loosening the atty up a 1/2 turn and see if it helps ???

After using it a bit I am getting used to it. Loosening the atty does help but I don't really like it loose in there. I'm gonna just use it for a while and might try filing down the base of the atty a little.

i havent tried any cartos, right now im using it with a 801 and it works great, because its adapted of the adaptor,but with the 801 it works everything i expected and better, just have to get this figured out with the air draw
