This morning when I picked it up, I pushed the button and ..no power no light, I found this odd because I only used it for about an hour last night after I got it. I changed out the batteries, hit the button it had power but... didn't turn off when the button released. I took off my atty woa was it hot lol. I removed the batteries, put them back in, same thing, it's on, won't turn off :(
Has anyone else had this issue? <sniff sniff- we were just getting to know each other, I miss it already>

I have no worries, I researched and read up prior to ordering so I knew in advance that the support and customer services was behind the product prior to my ordering it. Yes, when dealing with electronic devices with little switches and such, it happens that one may fail. In this case I'm pretty sure it's the doohickey that turns it on and off (<-- my technical evaluation of the situation) lol. I thank you all for the support, you are all great with your responses and I'll let you know when I hear from Mike.

Didnt you just get this unit ?? weird it must be juice related , we made changes to deal with the juice issue , there is only one other thing I can think of and that was a missing resistor on the PCB but we check all of them . ???

Email me at sales@notcigs.com please and I will take care of it ASAP !

I'm not worried, these things happen. I'll await your instructions on getting it back to you and send it out.
I thank you for your responses here, can't beat the support I've received so far.

Sorry to hear you have a problem with your new infinity! Mine hasn't left my side since I got it. :) You have a great attitude though, these things do happen with electronics and the true test of a Great vendor is how they deal with problems that arise. From all the evidence I have seen Mike provides top notch customer service. Hope you have it back in your hands working ASAP!
