finally realized that I have to make certain amount of posts here to start pm'n people so I figured ill introduce my self. started vaping 3 months ago and haven't looked back. pack and half a day Marlboro smoker for 15+ years and so happy of finding out about vaping. currently using a seigel zmax with a texas tuff tank. cool lttle mod(well not that little) but im not convinced was worth the $100 I paid. started off with a ego passthrough. I want a provari but I don't think I could ever get use to that menu. any suggestions?

Welcome to ECF and the wonderful world of vaping. Congrats on quitting the smokes. All the best to ya.

My suggestion:

Don't worry about a ProVari yet. Instead of investing that much money in another expensive variable voltage mod that essentially does the same thing, invest it in trying different atomizers and juices. Your Zmax will work fine for any 510 threaded atomizer, and the experts agree that the atomizer and juice combo has a lot more to do with the vape than the power source.

I have a question regarding the atomizer...do they hit better than a carto??...i started using vivi novas but when i tried a carto tank ive never looked back..just seemed like a nicer, longer, more consistant hit...especially since i "chain vape"...u cant do that with vivi novas, in my limited experience any way

Yea, the novas get mixed reviews. Some people love them and for others it is 'meh'. My experience with Vivi novas was that the flavor was muted and vape production was so-so. I switched to carto tanks and Kangers and also never looked back. I have not ventured into the RBA's yet but they seem to be all the rage. I guess there is a balance between ease of use, and results. I am pretty satisfied with the carto tanks.
