My name is Richie..

To start off, thanks for having me!! I have joined the wonderful world of non-smokers!! After 25 years of 2 packs a day. I started the hard way and picked up a kit at 7-Eleven and was not so happy.. then tried another kit from a tobacco shop. Still not really happy.. Read some reviews on this website and bought myself an Ego Passthrough battery, atomizer and some carts. Really starting to like this gig. Now I'm using an Inferno T system and there is no going back. Have my wife using her Pink inferno T and got a friend to order an Inferno T kit also. 3 less folks smoking analogs.. Not one of us could be happier to be vaping now.

Hello and congrats on finding ecigs. Keep us informed on your progress and have a look around the place. there are many great members from all over the planet. Questions? Always ask as no question is ever considered stupid or dumb.(how else you suppose to learn??)
Anyway soon you will be discovering the benefits of not inhaling all those chemicals from analogs. It is a great feeling to get your life back.

welcome. i too bought one of those from 7/11. then went onto this site. i use a joy ego, and m waiting on my first box mod. there are some good tips here, just gotta read through them

Welcome, you got a great kit to start with... you are headed in the right direction.

Find some juice you love, pick up a couple of spare atomizers ( they do go bad after a while )

it takes very little time before you will strongly prefer vaping to smoking!

Welcome Richie. I find that my enthusiasm about vaping is hard to hide from the smoking crowd at work. Slowly but surely the smoking area in the garage has been stinking less and less. That's where I first started considering looking into it. Then a few weeks ago I happened by a kiosk in the mall and when I tried a hit off their demo. I now know how much of a markup they had on those "51's". It might have been a rip-off but I haven't had an analog since. I since got an Ego and an Inferno. Interesting parallels with your story.

Congrats & glad to see you here! Sounds like you found equipment to keep you satisfied, that seems like the hardest part in quitting analogs by way of the ecig, and even that isn't 'hard' with all the great options of different models available.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. The hunt for the perfect flavor is difficult since I have only found a few places that have "sample" size bottles and low shipping. Thinking about making a trip to VaporBomb in the near future.. it's about a 2.5hr drive but might make for a nice day trip. So far the only vapor that I crave is from Johnson Creek.. The Red Oak Tennessee Cured.. Looking for similar flavors to find the one that I just can't live without.. I thought it was like an RY4 until I tried it from another company and about gagged. Looking for a Caramel Vanilla flavor that is sweet and is more of a clear juice. I find the Tennessee Cured kinda clogs up the Atty in about a day.

Found my flavor problem was how I was vaping the juice instead of a problem with the juice itself.. Started using CE2s and have found that most RY4 is rather good. Next is to work on some Modding... No where to go but up!

Found some local material to try out on making a genesis atty.. Should be fun to try since it's cheap!
