So here's a little update of my adventure with this thing.

I'm using the Uwell Subtank with factory SS .50 coils. In power mode the resistance was jumping around all over the place which basically made it unusable.

Last night I switched to TC mode and set it for ti at the lowest temperature 212F and at 40 joules. It works like a champ. Did some research online and saw that people use SS coils in TC as well.

Is this ok? I've been vaping it today and have had no problems whatsoever.

Any thoughts? Is this safe to do? I hope so because now I'm in love with thing.

Mine sometimes jumps around a bit also. Normally, I just ignore it but the last time it kinda bugged me. I built a Kanthal dual-coil on my Aromamizer. My Ohm's checker said 0.61. I put it on my Radius and dry burned it...settled on 0.57 and vaped it. Later, I put it on my IPV4S and it read it as 0.84! After a couple of hours, it settled down to 0.5. It only happens once in a while though.

A more annoying issue I have with my IPV4S is that when the battery gets down to about 20-30% I have to swap out because it seems to hit weaker.

The iPV4 will suck your batteries down below 3V and still fire as long as you're vaping under 50W. Swap them out at around half the meter icon.

Now that you mention it, it does do that around the half-way mark...I was being kind, I guess, when I said 20-30%. I was vaping it as high as 80-100J (in TC mode), and still firing on a low battery, however.
