I still consider myself a noob as well and blew through those 70 post in a quick time. At the same time feel good that I see some folks asking questions here and can be like "I know that!".

The Vets coming here make a huge difference are so helpful, part of it might also be the age thing (having to be 18 to legally get juice and vaporizers). Thinks it's s combination of the members here being genuinely nice folks and the moderators who actually do keep an eye on things. You don't see someone post about something and then 3 replies down have someone saying "oh that sucks because you suck and I am uber cool with the great XYZ Thing". Disagreements I have seen have been kept civil and with the reasons why one person might think XYZ sucks and ABC is better. And usually the first people to admit that it is most likely a difference in vaping style are the two people with the different opinions. It is also a good way to learn. You see who has styles and taste similar to your own.

And even folke who have been vaping for a while reading a newbe post will come upon some posts and have an "I never thought of that" moment or "I've been wondering" moment.

For folks who haven't looked at anything but the new members forum go out and look around a bit. The reviews are always a good place to start as well as DIY Flavoring (just ones that popped into my head). Pay It Forward and Contests are also another place to explore.

To the new newbes you'll be knowing more than you do sooner than you know. To the veterans & the old newbes, thanks for hanging around and offering help and encouragement.

I've been here more than three months and still am constantly asking questions and learning. It's the people and the support that have kept me off of the analogs. I'd have never gone this long w/o an analog cig without the ECF.

Kinda nice that the support keeps flowing. You'll be helping newbies quicker than you ever thought.

Thanks for the uplifting post! Happy Vaping

I have told everyone I am going to live in "New Memeber Forum" Land forever ........ where else can you ask "why vaping and drinking flavored coffee creamer at the same time make your tongue taste like poo?" and not feel like a schmutz?

Well, you see, when you mix coffee with flavored cream, then mix.............heheh

You're welcome but please stick around. No matter where you go on ECF, you aren't going to encounter all of the crud that you get in other forums. ECF is full of wonderful people willing to help each other and that's the biggest part of not smoking...getting help so that you don't go back. I love the newbie forum and helping folks as much as possible...you all have even helped me. I get lots of warm fuzzies here.

I'll be a vet one day :D

When I got to 70 posts I knew I was going to be here to stay. I can't name another forum I have this many posts on, let alone over 69.

I feel like a sponge absorbing new information in all things vaping related. From reading common questions, uncommon questions and the great answers given I've become a walking wikipedia on ecigs, but I feel like there's still so much to learn.

When I was first here the Ego-T was just about to come onto the market and there was a lot of excitement about it. I got one but it didn't work out for me because I use vg. But new CE2's were coming out soon after! And I got them but they weren't working out. Then, I asked on here how to get them to work with vg and now they're my main vape but I wouldn't have found out what I know now if it wasn't for ECF and I'd likely still be dripping a 510 or spending more money on stuff that doesn't wick vg.

I'd probably still be using the one ecig site for liquid I thought exsisted in the uk until I asked on here. I'd probably still be buying eliquid instead of making it. I'd probably still have a 510 as my main pv instead of the many mods and gear I use now.

I owe ecf my satisfaction with vaping and I feel like I can give back a little by trying to help people out posting here with the same questions I asked when I started out. I can still ask questions on things I don't know and get a reply and learn some more or just read about all the awesome new stuff being made.

I'm totally rambling now  congrats on 70 posts and hope you pass on what you learned to new vapers too :)

I thank the more experienced vapors, and the newbies. I learn alot by reading responses to the questions asked by he new members. This really is a great forum.

I remember finding this forum after spending way to much money on gimmicks and bogus websites. At first the information was overwhelming. All I wanted was something that worked and I didn't know 501, 306, 808.....etc., etc. I read a ton of threads and asked a lot of questions. I always got help and support from the members here. Sometimes I'll see a question that I can't answer but I can reassure the OP that someone will be along shortly to help out. I remember how it was for me and how good it felt to finally get together a system that worked for me. It's a pleasure to help out new folks if only to get them through the first week or two.
I'm with a couple others here in as much as I learn more here than other sections of the forum
