Dear Halo Triton,

I'm so sorry i strayed my dearest triton. I thought the grass was greener on the other side.
Now i know its because it's full of manure. I lost my patience with you. I didn't have your undivided attention.
I acted like a brat. I wanted what i wanted, when i wanted, and i didn't put your needs into consideration.
Only mine. I know there are other people in your life. Other commitments and responsibilities. I couldn't reach you
for 3 days. 3 days, that felt like an eternity.

I was weak. I was needy and I had an affair. With the vision spinner. I told myself he would be better. I thought the spinner would do things for me that you would not do. Oh that spinner made promises. And he tried. But he was not you. And he didn't connect with me. Or understand me. He was so dull and boring. And i just looked at him and wished he was you.

so i went online and met itaste vv3, with his little 10s kit. And he cost me so much and basically ruined my life. And itaste vv3 left me. But i didn't mind. He robbed me of a lot of money and time. And itaste vv3 will never be you. I guess i got what was coming to me, cuz he broke my heart.

I pushed you away.. to the back of my drawer. And i took for granted our memories. The good and the bad. You were wrong for not being there for me for 3 whole days. you really were wrong for that. but i should have been more patient and not have given up on you so quickly. No one is perfect, not even me. I'm damn close. But i'm not, so why was i so naive as to expect more out of you than i expect of myself.

My dearest Halo Triton. I love you. You are perfect with all your little accessories. They never let me down. They never leak, or put a bad taste in my mouth. Your quality is magnificent. I hope you give me another chance. Sometimes people make bad decisions, but as long as we learn from them, that's good right? I hope you forgive me and understand. I was looking for the next best thing, and all the time I never knew my dear beautiful quality made Triton, you are as perfect as it gets!

Please forgive me and lets give this another go, i won't let you down again. Just like you never let me down. I'll be there for you, like you have always been there for me.

Lesson learned HUH? LOLOLOLOL. Must say I saw many of your rants and quietly waited....figured you find out the hard way on other PV's w/leaks, weak batts, bad coils, truly bad customer service, crappy tasting juice....

Once you take a walk w/Halo, the others seem to be crawling..just say'in. But the rants on the forum against Halo..OUCH! I too learned the hard way. I wrote a bad review about Cafe Mocha (SORRY HALO!!) after trying it once, without steeping and not soaking the wick so I got a complete burnt taste. NOOB! :oops:

Actually it was awesome Jefsview who walked me thru that experience (THX!). Now, I wish I didn't write the bad review and gave it only one star! But...I have to honestly say, I still don't care for the flavor but would give it a 3 versus a one because its not horrible.Big lesson learned!

Yeah, you know, it breaks my heart when people trash the customer service at Halo. Sometimes they take a while, sure. But after dealing with a few other vendors (specifically, their products) I think that Halo is worth any wait...although I can understand why someone might freak out if they're waiting on liquid. I've learned to keep more than I really NEED. But I digress...

By far, most of the time everything is quick and accurate, and their products are excellent. I had to return a defective part a little while ago, and I'm still waiting on it. However, if it turns out to be a week or two, I don't have a problem with that. I guess the big thing is that waiting a while when you're first starting is tough, but once you're set, this is always an excellent company to frequent. Also, my first two orders gave me everything I needed and didn't have any wait problems.

Yeah and i think my problem in the beginning, being new to the vape scene, i didn't realize these people weren't some big huge company. They are slow to respond, but once you get ahold of some one they really are awesome. the produts are so much superior to anything else i've held in my hands.

Luckily i didn't trash talk. only talked about my bad experience. no name calling. or bashing.

shew... cuz if i don't have my coffee you never know what's gonna fly out :)

they are a good company, one of the first i really dealt with. guess i had to make some other purchases to learn how good they really are. and now i know to just be patient, they will take care of me. no company is perfect. I'd rather deal with lack of customer service on occasion, than poor customer service or worse yet, excellent customer service and poor product!!!!!

I have had my issues with Halo CS (I was attempting to set up an RMA for a defective product). but it isn't because they are bad at it, in fact they seem to be very good people that are seriously overworked and understaffed. Having Cinder Ella on hand here is a huge boon, she's a serious benefit to both Halo and us customers.

its one of those "nice to have problems" where you're getting more business than you expect. their products are superior and the quality is excellent, hopefully its just a matter of time before they can properly staff CS positions to fill the voids.

and frankly, the juice is worth the patience. darn if it's not just sooooo tasty.

Oh, no. I'm not talking about you. I've come across a few threads that were just way out of line and nit-picky about some pretty mundane things. I'm sure everyone has strayed from the flock one time or another, but almost this entire Halo forum is just gushing with how great the products are. And it's all true.

My best friend didn't want to "wait and buy over the Internet" even tho I did all the search for us and picked Halo. She bought PV's (well known name, mentioned on EFC over and over) and juices at a local B&M. Then she tried up grading at the same time I was going from G6 to Trition. She was having battery issues (one lasted a week), leak issues, coil issues...on and on. And her juices tasted like crap.

She tried my VV and some Halo juice and lets just say she ordered and has now a Triton 900 and VV, Voodoo and a sample Halo Gourmet pack! Poor girl has vaped about a month and been through over 9 batteries until she finally landed in Halo nation. She called me today and said she wanted to kick MY ... for not pushing her harder to not buy from the B&M the first time. LMAO! I did try! She just didn't listen to me...:lol::lol::lol:

Well luckily i only bougt two other batteries, but one was $80! And it is messed up so i had to send it back, never got to use it. The vender is awesome and all, but man after that kinda money i just wanted my stuff. Now i have buyers remorse and no product to show for.

Thank goodness i still have my tritons!

After experiencing the G6 and Triton first hand, and reading horror stories from others with different gear, I count myself very lucky to have started with Halo rather than wasting money on questionable stuff and going back and forth. As a brand new vaper and ex-heavy smoker, it would have been devastating to start off a new way of life (truth) while constantly fiddling with and fixing faulty gear. The frustration alone would probably make me light up an analog. The fact that the Triton is fire and forget is just amazing to me, and allows me to just focus on finding flavors I like. This is an incredibly important thing for someone trying to kick tobacco. So, welcome back to the light!
