I tend to find myself logging in in the morning, checking my subscribed threads then going for a nice long lurk\troll. I click on new posts and scroll through a few pages finding new things every where. It seems a bit creepy even to me but I find a lot of valuable info this way. Does anyone else have this habit? Its not like I have a wealth on knowledge to bestow on my lurk-ees but it very interesting what youll find on here when you look at things as a whole as apposed to a loyal following to one sub forum, vendor, or aspect.

Just a few thoughts from your friendly forum socialite

I just joined and I've found myself checking in each morning and reading all the new posts and then doing the same late afternoon. I don't have much to offer as I'm a total newbe to the art of vaping but I'm picking it up real quick. I honestly consider this site a support group for ex heavy smokers, which I hope to be shortly. I bought a 7-11 type e-cig first and although it had no draw, no vapor or any taste to speak of I saw the possibilities. I then ordered a rip off subscription e-cig that guarentees good taste, lots of vapor but you gotta use their propriatary carts. They have a 30 day return policy and i'm sending it back for a refund.
Then I found this site and the adventure begins! I spent 3 days up till 3 in the morning reading everything I could about e-cigs. I ordered a go go and some blank carts from nhaler and a bunch of flavors. Then more flavors from FSUSA and some more from a company I don't recall now. I expect the go go to be here at my door any minute now and then I'll send the subscription device back to the other company.
This site educated me really fast and as I said, I consider it a perfect support group for those who want to get off analogs. The stories I read on here are very inspiring. Once I figure out whats going on, I'll contribute but for now I'm soaking up info like a sponge. Thanks for being here.

I think this is a hard site not to lurk in too, honestly. Aside of technical information and help I believe alot if not all of us come for emotional and social support. It's a place where everyone else understands one another because we all have a similar purpose. It's not something trivial what we do here, it's alot more, it's a help site, it's a life saver! We delve into each other's minds and lives as if we've known one another forever but only met weeks, days, hours ago. It truly is an amazing place, I can't wait to have that Supporting Member title in my name. Thank you all for being my friend, even if it's only an e-friend, the 'e-' can be very monumental sometimes.
