Honestly ... if it were me, I'd be worried too, even if it didn't seem rational. On the other hand, just today I had a package arrive that in the USPS system, doesn't even show as having left its hometown yet. It arrived 5 hours ago, yet the status hasn't changed yet. And it's not the first time lately that I've noticed this. So it could be as others have said .. it might just turn up tomorrow. Good luck!

Might have something to do with being classified as a "tobacco product" and USPS rules about mailing said products. ;)

Nope, the PACT Act (Prevent all Cigarette Trafficking Act) is about mailing CIGARETTES (among other cigarette rules) , NOT tobacco products. "Cigarette" is very clearly defined within the PACT Act itself. Going to need Congress to amend the PACT act before our electronic cigarettes are included.

Somewhere out there
Interesting, there's a whole lot of wrong assumptions going on in here. Not pointing any fingers....

I have been in touch with NN, who have not responded in days.

The information that I cannot file I claim is wrong.

I am concerned because of what @retired1 says, as well as simply needing nicotine as I'm almost out and ordered when I needed to order.

It's the fact that it's multiple days late now that has me concerned, but either way I paid for Priority service which is not what I got.

I take full responsibility for not specifying that I had already contacted NN, and was asking if there's any sense in contacting them again after a few day delay. I like nude, but they also never responded to an inquiry about their new armor line that was sent in weeks ago, so I don't have a lot of confidence about their replies. This has been longer than I've even said, as first the "your package has been sent" email was sent out a couple of days early, and then the package finally showed up in the USPS system five days ago or whatever.

It is a huge pet peeve of mine when a company only allows for priority packages, and then this happens. I realize USPS is not under control of Nude Nicotine, which is why it's a pet peeve. But I NEVER do priority when I don't have to-- even the few dollars saved is worth it to me right now-- so it is extra steaming when I've paid money I barely have for a service I don't get. Just saying. I realize stuff happens.

ed: I've had to ignore a certain member who I realize is going to get me in trouble if I don't. So, my apologies if I say or ask something that's been addressed in a possibly ignored comment.
Contact your post office and give them the scan label # they have access to more detail of when scanned than you do in the USPS site. They can give more detail of it's current location.

Same. I was bummed that a package was still showing as being in Arizona this afternoon, but when I got home it was in my mailbox. :)

Just because trackign doesn't show it left San Diego, it doesn't mean it didn't leave San Diego. It means it hasn't been scanned.

I've had packages that have NEVER been scanned reach me ... in the correct time alotted. It happens quite a lot.
100 times this. I've gotten stuff that the USPS still showed several states away, with the "delivered" status updating the next day.

I ordered, and received, 2 litres from Vaperstek recently with no issues. I've ordered from NN before, both orders took a couple weeks to get to me. I wouldn't stress about it, their process is just slow.

I love love love Vaperstek nic. Best out there IMHO.

Who's taking bets the OP will receive it this week?

I wonder if OP will come back to let us know?

I ain't bettin nuffin!!!! :p Be my luck to loose the bet & have to pay out something! :nah:

And now ya'll see why I call this panic shopping! The 8th has got folks going nuts expecting shipments to arrive 10 min after ordering........ Ok, that's an exaggeration but still....the OP may not have worried so much if a trip wasn't thrown into the equation.
I would've more than likely waited & placed that order when I returned home.

I placed a few hundred dollar order with them and one of the bottles was cross threaded and leaked a few ml into the vac sealed bag. I sent them 2 emails about it on July 26th and never got a reply even apologizing or offering to send me a few ml to replace what was lost in shipping. I have since ordered from 2 other vendors without issue and any future orders I might need (not likely for a long time with the amount I have on hand now) will go to other vendors that can properly thread a cap and might reply to an email they receive.

I used them recently. Placed my order, several days later they emailed that their 'chemist was preparing my order'. Then a couple weeks later, there it was! I was a little worried but it did get to me, in good condition.

They don't communicate very well.

Of course they don't, they're chemists!

Wow! There is no need to freak out. USPS as most vapers know well is quite irresponsible about scanning tracking numbers and very good at losing stuff.
Nude is very lackadaisical about replying to customer's emails and also very busy now because everybody thinks they won't be able to buy nicotine after August 8th. If anything it will only cost more $, it isn't yet a controlled substance.
Nude is also SLOW about getting orders shipped out in general and as was mentioned by @Racehorse the fact that they say a package was shipped only really means they printed a mailing label.
Ok, so it seems they really did ship it because USPS tracking says received (?) and it's in a PO somewhere. There are currently no regulations prohibiting mailing nicotine, though it is possible that due to the deeming your carrier may require an adult signature on delivery.

I received 2 liters of nicotine from ChemNic yesterday which I ordered Sunday night and was shipped out on Monday morning.
If Nude insured the package then Nude has to file a claim, telephone them on a week day during working hours, preferably in the morning. If USPS tracking said expected delivery by a specific date, and if it was shipped 2 Day Priority it should say so but doesn't necessarily mean it will only take 2 days...if in 5 days after the expected delivery date, which do not have to be business days, your package has not been delivered
you should call USPS Customer Service at 1-800 275-8777 or Tracking 1-800-222-1811
and file a Tracer (you should tell the computer "complaint" in order to avoid a very long wait on hold but be prepared to wait...have your tracking number handy) It would help if Nude did so as well but isn't necessary and they probably won't anyway.

Furthermore, a little ambient heat will not hurt your nicotine, especially if you purchased Nude's "Armor" stuff. It will actually help it come together with the VG or PG base.
A lot of heat will only make it taste peppery but it will still be good. The container is sealed and the nicotine won't evaporate.

Please let everybody know when you receive your package...for closure.. :)
    Regards,
    Hazy

Of course they don't, they're chemists!

When they first started, there was a post, or more than 1, where it showed delivery to somebody and the packaging was all wrong, and nicotine solution had leaked all over the place. The user posted photos of the packaging.

All I can say is, I know of NO "chemists" who would package nicotine that way. NONE.

When you compared how John over at Wizard Labs was packaging nicotine solution (like a knowledgeable chemist would) it was quite different.

So apparently, NN learned how to ship it after that. Again, I really don't know any chemists who would have shipped stuff the way they were when they started out.........and that is just a fact. I don't feel like looking for those posts as it was years ago.

Just sayin', there are plenty of people selling nicotine solution who are not and never were *degreed* chemists.........

Nude is very lackadaisical about replying to customer's emails and also very busy now because everybody thinks they won't be able to buy nicotine after August 8th.

This "we're not too busy to take your money but we're too busy to communicate with you" seems to be a time honored acceptable practice in the vaping world. (not by me).

It's pretty easy to hire a temp worker or 2 when you are a business and you are goign thru a busy period. Most American companies that sell anything do that every year around Christmas.

Most of my life before vaping my mail order consisted of ordering from zappos, moosejaw, backcountry, LLBean, and I can tell you that somebody ALWAYS answers the phone, or chat, and even the smaller companies, if you send back a return have your money back in your bank account w/in 24-48 hours of receiving your returns.

I''m sorry, but as a consumer, I don't buy into this "ignore me" practice and if nothing else it makes people in the industry look like fly by nights.

As we have discussed many times, many vaping concerns dont' even have a phone number or address listed on their website.

I guess that explains why after 4 years I deal w/exactly 4 vendors. That's it. I know who is who and I have an expectation to be treated as if my money and I myself *matter* because I am giving them my business.

I expect an answer to my emails or inquiries w/in 48 hours. I think that is plenty enough time if you are running a professional business.
