now the problem is the 2 16340's say they are charged both green lights are on but when i put them into my roughstack extension (which by the way didnt come with the spring but im using my spring from my roughstack) they dont work? now are the batteries bad or not compatable with the charger i got i havnt tried the 18650 yet because it hasnt finished charging i put the 16340's back in the charger the light is still green but i thought i would try to let them charge more anyway and try again i just dont know what else to do i opened a ticket for the missing spring but i have not yet opened a ticket for the batteries

leave the batteries in the charger..for some reason it says they are charged(mine does too) after an hour it will go red.
Then after 2 or so more hours they'll be charged.

Sorry about the missing spring. I'll be sure to yelp about the springs tomorrow as each one is supposed to have one in it.. Let us know how the 18650 battery works out when you get a chance to test it..

im pretty sure the 18650's are bad but i just put them back on the charger they already are green but i will leave them in for a few hours and try again i will let you know around 7:00 ill let them charge 4 hours

I'd lean more towards the charger as the ultrafires are really solid and the failure rate is very low.. and as much as I hate asking, the batts are in the charger the right way? If they're backwards the charger will just stay green..

just tried my other charger still not working acording to my battery tester one of them has a charge and the other has nothing so at least one of them it bad
